Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr Gentry is a very competent professional doctor. He preformed a hemorrhoidectomy on me and I was satisfied with his knowledge and surgery skills. With that said, EVERY office staff ( receptionist, nurse assistant, anesthesiologist, surgical nurse) was out right rude and having no bedside manner. They seem to go out of their way to be rude. Since the majority of patients were elderly I shudder to think if they were treated in the same manner. Dr Gentry A+...Colon & Rectal Specialists staff complete failure.
