I had reason in August of 2012 to be treated by Dr Rowntree in Emerg at the Sundre hospital. She was fantastic to say the least. I am not from that area at all but I guarantee if I was I would want her to be my Dr.. Very caring and knows what she is doing... Thank you Dr Rowntree, as well as the other staff in ER that day.

Hands down,The best doctor anyone could ask for! She knows you as a person instead of a file number. whether she is calling you at home or is asking about your family at the clinic. Along with great professional care and advice. She is always up to date with information. She has been my doctor as long as I can remember and I don't know what I would do if she ever decided to retire. I drive over an hour and book off work to get in to see her. Dr Rowntree has been my doctor for at least 25 years, when she first moved to Sundre. She is absolutely wonderful and caring. Back in the day, she even made house calls. She still calls me at home if need be, and I have lived in Red Deer for the past 15 years. I booked off work to see her, as it is so hard to find a doctor nowadays, I am not going to give up this gem until I have to.

Doc. Rowntree has been our family doctor for almost twenty years when we first moved to Sundre.She delivered both my children. I was one of the lucky ones to get her for a family MD. when she was still able to take new patients. She is absulutely hands down the best doctor ever. Her job never stops at the office. She has always taken time to call us at home, she is sincere in her caring and is always upfront and honost. I would be devistated if we ever lost her. I feel sorry for the patients who have never had the chance to see her in action. She is wonderful.

Dr.Rowntree has been my doctor for nearly 20 years and I have complete faith in her. She listens; she cares and she is willing to discuss alternatives and new ideas. She is thorough and always gentle. Oh how I wish I could take her with me when I move!

She is an excellent Doctor. She is very professional, but also compassionate. She is very thorough, and is very good about refering you to a specialist if need be. We are very fortunate to have her as a family doctor. I hope she never leaves Sundre.

She delivered my son, she is such a great doctor, she is a really caring, down to earth person. If she would have been accepting new patients after my son was born I would be going to her all the time for my family's health care needs.

Carol has been my family doctor for well over 20 years, she cried with us when my grandfather died, and when my brother came in an ambulance after a car accident, she made sure he was 100% okay. She always remembers what concerns you had last time you came in and never judges or preaches. I now live in Calgary and take time off work to see her when I have to because I will not go to another doctor.

Dr. Rowntree has always gone above and beyond to care for her patients. Because she is such a great doctor she is very busy but she always takes the time to make sure all of your concerns are addressed and that you are comfortable with your medical care. She also makes sure to examine every possibilty with your health issues to make sure nothing was missed, not just jumping to the first diagnosis. By far, one of the best doctors I have ever seen!
