Knows what he is doing but is not very good at answering questions. To the point that he doesn't seem to like them. If he doesn't like the question when I was in the hospital, conversation over. He is a doctor that knows what he is doing though, just not a good listener.

Couldn't be more pleased with the surgery, and Dr. Lee's professionalism. Took a lot of time to talk with me, explain the procedure, and any possible side effects. Although I had absolutely none of them. Surgery went so smooth, I didn't even require filling the prescription for pain medication, if needed, following surgery. Will highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone requiring any procedures in his area of expertise.

Good dr, TERRIBLE staff. His staff is the rudest i have encountered in a long time. I waited an hour and 45 minutes to see the dr and the staff got frustrated with me for asking how much longer the wait was going to be. Lee is a good dr, but its not worth dealing with his staff to see him

Punctuality rated poor due to the fact he had me waiting in the hospital for 2 days on NPO for another round of surgery with no explanation. Helpfulness rated very poor because of the fact when I asked him about the valid, reoccurring issue, he got extreamly annoyed (I didn't think I came across as challenging his expertise, I was drugged while in a hospital bed just out of surgery at that time)and stormed out of the hospital room without answering so very ARROGANT with very POOR bedside manner. I would also rate his people skills down around a 2 as well. As far as medical knowledge I will have to say that the surguries were successful. Overall, in my experience with him, I personally do not like the type of person he projects himself as, and I will not ever return to his office depite the fact I do think he is a capable doctor.
