Dr. Giffin takes time with his patients and truly cares about what we have to say. I’m 10 months post surgery now and my knee is starting to feel very good again. Easy 5/5 would recommend.

This doc is a really great guy, but man, is he busy! You hardly get to see him since he only does clinics one day a week, and then it feels like he's running a marathon from one room to another. Not to mention, you're stuck waiting anywhere between 10 to 45 minutes!

When he finally pops in, it's like he's not really hearing your worries, which left me feeling pretty dismissed. It's tough getting answers about what's going on with my knee, and honestly, sometimes it felt like I was being treated like I couldn't understand it anyway.

Let me tell you a story: I had this two-part ACL revision, right? After the first one, the nurses said no stitching was done. But guess what I found out two weeks later at a follow-up (that he didn't even attend)? I did have stitches! Not knowing this stuff about my own knee, especially given my past knee issues, was seriously scary.

In the end, he's a solid doc, but his jam-packed schedule means you're not really getting his best. You end up feeling like you're just another face in the crowd, and between appointments, it's like you're out of sight, out of mind. Bedside manner matters just as much as skill, and even though he's a top-notch surgeon, his communication and patient support really need work. And maybe it's not that he's bad at it, but just that he's too swamped to do better.

Dr. Giffin saved my life. I've had 6 knee surgeries in 9 years. Dr. Giffen did my HTO on July 13, 2020. The recovery was brutal, but I knew that going in as Dr. Giffin informed me of same. His exact words were "this will be more painful than childbirth" - which I've yet to experience. I had my hardware removed on February 27, 2023. I'm still recovering from same. But I'm fairly positive that my endgame will be the same as it was post recovery HTO.
I truly can't thank Dr. Giffin enough for quite literally saving my life.

I had two surgeries on my knee years ago with Dr.Giffin and I am so thankful to him and his team , what ever I may say is not enough to thank this amazing Doctor , I will be thankful for him to the rest of my life and I truly wish him all the Best.

Dr Giffin did my ACL reconstruction a year ago and I could not be happier with the results. I'm fully back to sports and I have no pain, instability, or any concerns what so ever. I'm really glad I opted for the surgery and would not have wanted anybody else to do it.
