This doctor constantly overlooked symptoms and refused to follow up on medications and prescriptions. Because of this awful man and his carelessness My life has never been the same.

I was one of Dr Hoffmans first patients when he opened his practice in Pickering Village and that's more years than neither him nor I wanted to count. He will be missed. I wish him well in his retirement though I know he was going to help a retirement home.
