Kevin Thompson is a good doctor. He always listens and will do anything to help. He's a good, caring person. He definitely has a lot of patients and I've waited a long long time before but he's worth the wait bc he sincerely wants to do whatever to help you. I also like that you can get in to see him right away.

The staff is RUDE and not helpful at all. Also the waiting times are ridiculous. They need to stop accepting new patients. Existing patients only get 5 minutes face time with the doctor, on a good day :(

I have been a patient of his for several years and for the last few have been very dissapointed with the service level I received from him. He's never on time yet he does not spend much time with you in the exam room. He doesn't listen to you and spends most of the time talking about himself. I get chronic sinus infections and he keeps prescribing me allergy medicines which does nothing except zone me out and I end up with a bronchial infection. I then go to different doctor to get antibiotics which kicks the infection and I get better. I have switched to another doctor.

I think this practice has become too busy in recent years. The staff has been downright rude to me. Dr. Thompson accepts new patients, but never has time to see them. He referred me to a horrible specialist who didn't perform the tests Dr. Thompson requested. When I asked for a different specialist or just some help, he just told me to call the Cleveland Clinic. Would not go to bat for me at all. Most men I know really like Dr. Thompson. As a woman, I found him cold and not on my side during a serious health crisis. I much preferred Dr. St. Martin.

Staff leaves something to be desired and could use quality control training. Dr. Thompson is abrupt and could take questions in better fashion. Medical opinion on an existing condition differed from two others that were in agreement in prior city that we moved from.

Dr K. C. Thompson, back 5-6 yrs ago saved my life. He found a questional mold om my left shoulder, sent me to a Dermatology. It tuned out to be melonoma. I have been going to him around 9-10 years now. Which i can rate him 10. Outstanding doctor 1st, family man 2nd, and golfer 3rd.

We have been going to him for years....he seems more like a friend than a doctor....he is not intimidating, and is truely concerned with your visit. He never makes you feel rushed, and so far has always been right.....
