Last month they sent a prescription for Claritin instead of the blood thinner I was supposed to receive and this month they set a bill collector on me for procedures I never received. The doctor is great but her admin staff needs improvement.

I recently changed to Dr Turacova and so glad I did! I find her to be a good listener, engaging and thorough. Perhaps her staff has changed because I find them helpful and courteous. I got an X ray done without waiting from clinic next door and she showed me results right away to help with a problem I'm having.

I love Dr. T she has been my doctor for many many years now I find her to be very knowledgeable, passionate, kind, and respectful. There will come a day she will retire and then I will be looking for a new doctor but until then she will be mine. Lj

It seems when Dr Turacova was in the walk in next door she was more attentive, had more time and considerabl less time waiting . Now, you may wait almost an hour after your scheduled appointment you made with a ' not too swift ' attendant. The remark another poster made about a rude young nurse, actually she's just a very sparsely trained tech or assistant is absolutely correct . It came time to say good bye.

I love going to her she is a GREAT doctor, she has been my doctor for about 6 years now, since she was in North providence... She listens to what you have to say. Just, the way a doctor should. Not to mention just about me whole family goes to her... I hope to never have to change doctors.. THANK YOU

I really liked Dr. Turacova. Some of her staff--especially the young nurses, were quite rude. But I thought the Dr. was helpful and nice. I really disliked a doctor she referred me to though, so not so sure she's good at sussing out other good docs. But I found her easy to get along with. Also, I suffer from fairly regular sinus infections, and she was always easy to get in to see within a day. We moved away and now I'm trying to find a new, good primary care physician, and missing my Doc Turacova!

Dr.Turacova is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The office staff is great.Never a problem getting an appointment. I am very happy with the service she provides and will continue to be her patient.

Not a good experience. Does not take much time to listen or explain anything and is quick to medicate without investigation of the problem when it comes to emotional disorders. When it comes to real pain, she is no help. I lived through two very big kidney stones with no medication and no recommendation for a urologist. When I did see a urologist against her recommendation, I found out that the stones needed to be removed immediately as they were blocking my ureter. I cannot tell you the pain I suffered waiting for her to tell me to a urologist. I'm so glad I went on my own. We never had good communication at all, I don't know why I stayed with her as long as I did.
