Very kind and accommodating, she didn't make me feel any shame at all for the state of my teeth, and was very open to listening and working with me together for a treatment plan. In my last visit, she was checking my teeth with cold air, and when one of them was really sensitive, later that visit when she was cleaning she was very gentle with that side because she knew it was sensitive. Just amazing bedside manner, truly cares about patients and wants what's best for them and their health. The entire staff is very sweet and kind and non-judgemental, I would recommend anyone who has anxiety about dental work to come here and be taken care of. I also have tummy troubles with a popular antibiotic, and she was happy to listen to me when I suggested a different one that I know has worked for me in the past. Amazing care, 100/10

I would never go back. I have been to some pretty excellent dentists Christine is not one of them. It’s like an auto mechanic some are born to it and it comes easy. This dentist was awkward and not in her element. I suppose after having a most excellent Dentist in Ontario really helped me to spot the ones that aren’t. I have since heard a lot of negative things. She is a lovely kind person though a little over the top. Too much giggling was grating. I am fairly upbeat but was even too much for me. We all respond different. So give her a try if you like it may work for you.

Dr Christine McLaughlin seemed so nice and genuinely caring and then I found out what she pays her staff. Woodstock being a small area you here things but I didn't believe it. Shame on you Dr. McLaughlin your staff is the best I've seen and I been to several offices. Prompt and very professional. I hope you read this and realize your not paying them enough and are taking advantage of them. :( :(

Thanks to Dr McLaughlin and her staff I was able to finally have the smile I wanted. I was so impressed with the results and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. Dr McLaughlin and all her staff are so nice and genuinely cared about me as a patient and that I was always comfortable. I would recommend Dr McLaughlin so highly to anyone and wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do such an amazing job.

Would not recommend this dentist. She can never seem to stay on schedule, lost a whole days pay for her to come in to do a simple filling. Clearly does not know how to schedule her patients, always behind schedule..not worth it.

everybody at Dr. Christine's office treated me with kid gloves! It's been a while since I've been to a dentist and they were all aware of my fears. The very first minute I walked into the office I felt like I had picked the right people! I had a root canal, tooth restoration that was broken from eating a piece of coconut and three cavities and I would go back again tomorrow. The majority of my time was spent with Dr. Christine and her wonderful assistant Amy. There were times I was bored and just wish I could fall asleep but never was there any pain. Julie the hygienist I think was gentle and kind. And last but not least Darlene Who works at the front desk, always smiling and had great advice and was always able to answer all of my ridiculous insurance questions. I look forward to believe it or not you're going back in 2018.
