This is the worst office I have ever dealt with. I had came initially for an excision of a small tumor in my breast. He was not too helpful with my questions/concerns but I was young so I told him to go ahead and take it out. Dr Shamash had performed the surgery which turned out benign. Cut was clean, I was happy with how the procedure went except one major thing, the tumor is still there. He did biopsy it and send it out to determine that it was benign but I specifically underwent surgery to removal the whole thing. When I finally did get in contact with the office, the whole staff was being really sketchy regarding my medical records. In one phone incident, one of the staff member was actually yelling at me when I had asked a simple question regarding access to my medical records. He shook my trust for all doctors and now I have to deal with this lump still there, afraid to seek treatment. He also never followed up with me post surgery except a week after to remove the dressings.

He is the worst dr ever. I would never recommend anyone to him! He never answers your questions or keeps a schedule and tginks nothing of his patients!

This doctor was cutting me to remove a cyst, while cutting me I felt it I asked for more numbness, he yelled at his staff, Lisa in front of me to get the bottle, he injected me a number of times and it still hurt. I complained in tears. He then said, Okay We will open another bottle. I went to him every two days. Six appointments in all a cut on my chest, visible with a tee on, scar two inches long... only THREE stitches in all. Scar is raised like a worm and ugly. After all that pain I would never recommend him EVER! Pain and Scars no thanks!

Staff Secretary Lisa is very helpful, stays late to assist, goes out of her way. Dr. is punctual, courteous, always answers phone calls.
