This doctor operated on my 86 yr old mother for gallstones. Made a mistake and clipped a liver bile duct (not sure of terminology) put her right back in surgery, operated again, this is an 86 yr old female, and was going to send her home that night. She was in excellent health prior to this debacle. Her health started down, she lost weight, had to stop driving, she went totally blind but got partial vision back. This dr. told us all was fine after the surgery but she was "just in pain". When truth became known about her condition he stopped speaking to us. Would not even say good morning. Would not answer phone calls and when he saw me in the hospital he would literally RUN the other way. My mothers health continued to deteriorate and she died March 5, 2010. This quack will deny everything but we hold him directly responsible for her death. This surgery took place in 2008 and I don't know if there is a statute of limitations that will prevent me from suing him or not. I would i
