Dr. Dehaeck was bar-none the best doctor I have ever had including my time in large cities. I wonder if the review from 2019 was actually Dr. DeKock who has been practicing in Grimshaw at the point that Dr. Dehaeck was leaving.

Dr. Dehaeck has long retired but I still think back to the incredible physician he was and how lucky our community was to have such an outstanding human and doctor serve us. He was a one of a kind physician. I hope you are doing well Dr. Dehaeck!

He didn’t listen to anything I had to say, he completely ignored my concerns didn’t address them just complete disrespect from this doctor. He Did the whole talk to the hand thing to me! A patient! He literally took his hand and put it in front of my face ! Ignorant! Every other staff member was wonderful he I hope I never have to see again, ruined my experience in grimshaw.

I'm not surprised that Dr. Dehaeck is rated so highly by all the folk who offer feedback on this page. Having been moved to several locations (many quite remote) and in those locations for several years in an emergent role I got to know Doctors and medical staff well. Dr. Dehaeck was top notch in dealing with me and the people I saw him deal with. He was knowledgable and decisive alongwith being caring and empathetic. He was a gem and in trips since I was in Grimshaw I've had occasion to see him and he is quick to help out with answers and diagnosis of symptoms we discuss. As to 'punctuality' it's not surprising that would be the only lower rating. He's a well liked and in demand person and doctor and with shortages he can't be in all places at once. On one account I called him regarding an infant death and he came to the house where I was dealing with a grieving and distraught mother and father leaving his hospital and clinical visits to deal with a caring need. The best!

Dr.W.Dehaeck is the best doctor i have ever seen! Actually listens and works with you to achieve the best care possible. Takes time, is compassionate and trustworthy. His knowledge base is incredible, answered all of the difficult questions i researched and i researched a lot :)

A real good listener who will go the extra mile to make sure you are aware of whats going on. Always has time to talk even if he is extremely busy. Not afraid to refer you to a specialist if he thinks it is beyond his knowlage. Overall a great doctor. The only complaint is it can be a pain to see him at his office because he spends 1/2 his time in another city so i have waited up to 5 weeks to get an appointment. His front end staff can somtimes work some magic and squeeze you in if you urgently need to see him.

He is the best in the West, hopes he never leaves Grimshaw otherwise we have to move with him! Only a few of him left, keep it up Doc! He is a real humanist and always listens to his patients, he cares a lot. Up to date with the medical knowledge and has already treated three generations in my family.

Dr. Dehaeck has been our family doctor for 18 years. He has always known about any "new" medicinal info when I approached him about it. He is secure enough to refer you to someone who "knows more" about a serious issue than he does. I also appreciate his knowledge of natural products and his open mindedness about alternative methods. He is an excellent diagnostitian. My Dr./patient relationship with Dr. Dehaeck has been the most rewarding I have ever experienced.

Very good doctor. Listens to his patients. answers all your questions. If he doesn't know an answer or is not sure he finds out for you. Very patient, doesn't make you feel rushed.
