Dr DeHaeck is a dedicated doctor and we are very fortunate to have a doctor of his quality practising in the North. I can not be easy, having his family in Calgary and continuing to serve his patients with compassion and understanding and quality medical diagnosis and treatment. We have been very pleased with Dr. Dehaeck for many years now-he was very good with my children when they were young and I have noticed that the seniors really seem to like him as well. I am very pleased that he has continued to practice in Grimshaw even with all the upheavels that have happened. Thank you Dr. Dehaeck

Dr. Dehaeck is one of the most committed doctors I have ever met. He remained behind in our small community after his family moved down south to better their education, and continues to travel back and forth between here and there to accomadate both facets of his life. He dedicates himself to each of his patients, taking all the time and care they require before rushing off to the next, that although may create longer wait times, creates happier patients. He cares about each of his patients as if they were his own family or friends. During my emergency ceasarean, with Wouter as my anaesthetist and by my side, I felt safe and very calm. I commend him for all of his effort and compassion that he gives to us.

Even though our health care system is in bad shape, and the waiting lists are rediculous, Dr. Dehaeck always trys to fix the problem or atleast ease the symptoms untill a specialist can be seen. The best thing about Dr. Dehaeck is that he never trys to mislead you with false hopes and tells you how it is, and in doing so sets your mind at ease. In alberta I would say he is one of the best doctors i have seen.
