Why all the crying you shouldn't question a professional. Let him do his job as I know he is the best in the business at root canals. Too bad he is basically retired

Just had my second root canal done by Dr. Henry. I was so glad he was able to take me as I had a very good experience last time. I wasn't disappointed! It is true he tells it like it is but I prefer a straight forward, no nonsense approack. Highly skilled & as painless as possible. Extremely good. Would hate to have to go to anybody else!

I recently had root canal surgery on a far back molar. I was glad to be referred to Dr. Henry as I had heard from several dentists that he was the best specialist in the business. While root canal surgery is a common metaphor for pain and unpleasant experiences, I have to say, surprisingly, that my surgery was painless and even interesting. Throughout the sequence of probes, x-rays, drillings, filings and fillings, Dr. Henry kept me informed and engaged with explanations and commentary on each step. If you want your root canal surgery performed by an expert who takes pride in every job and is at pains to cause no pain, you cannot do better than see Dr. Henry. As for him being rude, as some patients report here, I found the opposite. I suspect for an exacting specialist to do his best work, a cooperative and trusting patient attitude is an important precondition.

Extremely rude doctor. I was so shocked by the treatment that I got from dr. henry that I left his office without being treated. When I asked him questions about the proceedure he told me "you don't listen very well". This is not the way to treat people. I would suggest NOT going to Dr. Brian M. Henry

By reputation, heard that Dr. Henry is amongst the best in his speciality. With the initial assessment, experienced roughness, rudeness, intimidation, and left for another specialist instead.

I have had numerous visits with Dr. Henry over the past 15 years. I first went to Dr. Henry to have shoddy previous dental work fixed...which he did - with care - with precision - and wit, which was much appreciated & lessened any anxiety I MAY have had AT FIRST ! He is a perfectionist and makes no qualms about it. I've never had to go get any "repairs" or "re-do's" on ANY work that Dr. Henry has ever done for me. His staff is very pleasant and I've never had any trouble scheduling an appt - often on short notice. Any questions I've ever asked about the procedures have always been answered politely & thoroughly. Dr. Henry has a lot of knowledge & expertise to share & if laughter is the best medicine, an appointment with him & his staff is definitely the place you want to go. Whenever one of my friends or colleagues mention the need for a root canal I never hesitate to refer them to Dr. Henry :)

The staff were very good at softening the aggressive quality of their employer's manner. He is very knowledgeable and no doubt proficient, but he is pushy and kind of scary. He has obviously 'had it' with those big babies with sore teeth.
