I was really disappointed to say the least about my experience with Dr.Taylor. I wish I had read reviews before I went to see her. Not friendly at all. I left with a prescription that I am not confident about. So I am getting an eye exam done with another doctor. Wish I didn’t waste my time or money there:(

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Taylor’s for 25+ years. She is thorough and she is good. Shout out to Lisa and the rest of the clinic staff. Professional operation.

My family has been using Dr Taylor for years. We don't care about "bedside manner" and fuzzy feelings. We want professionalism, high competence and money value. She has never rushed me through an eye exam. Some people consider her neutral demeanor to be part of a lack of personality, however it is exactly the trait of a caring professional. Her level tone avoids tainting your answers by creating feelings of being rushed, or sensing her impatience. Go ahead, as her to show you "A" and "B" just one more time.

The staff have always been professional and helpful. If I had any complaint it would be that they could acknowledge your presence and offer an estimate on when they would be ready. To be honest, it feels hardly worth mentioning. They do a great job.

I've been seeing Dr. Taylor for over 15 years and just returned after needing glasses for the first time since laser eye surgery. Even though some time has passed she took the time to make sure my needs were met and on a follow up with the reception about contact lenses she even came to the phone and spoke with me to solve my issues. I'd recommend her for eye check ups and contacts!

I saw Dr Taylor because i wore glasses and was having problems seeing. She checked my eyes and prescribed glasses . She showed me glasses and charged me alot more for basic glasses than other places . When i tried glasses there was no difference and i complained.. The glasses were NO good. I took home glasses complained again. Talked to her on phone . Complaining . She didn't care . She had no compassion .NO help . She still got my money . She never gave me a refund . I complained and asked to be referred to another Dr . She referred me to a Ophthalmologist which said i have a eye disease Keratoconus . She sold me glasses and took my money . But didn't help me . She should of detected the eye problem and never sold me glasses . She is a terrible Doctor taking advantage of people and I Would NOT recommend her too anyone .
