Dr.Mondavi is the best....am not a person that well let's say likes being in a dental office...but I love the environment in this office everyone is very friendly, professional and respectful... The assistants Mary,David,Marco are very caring and gentle from taking xrays to assisting Dr.Mondavi...The office Manager David is a wonderful person and explains everything in detail regarding insurance....If your looking for a Dental office I highly recommend Dr.Mondavi...You won't regret it... :)

DO NOT GO HERE! The actual office is in a non favorable part of town. Although the actual facility was nice, the service , doctors, and office manger were TERRIBLE.
First, they do series of x-rays and pictures of your mouth. I went through an hour + of photos and originally came in for a sensitivity and problem. Once the pictures are completed they sit you down and point out every tooth that they can potentially get money from. In addition, the doctor never even looked in my mouth and insulted my hygiene. Claiming he knows I eat burgers and pizza and I am lazy and don't floss. He even said I had bad hygiene. No words can explain the level of bad client patient service. Then they ship you off to a room and take out a long list of itmes of which you need done and show you payment options. Not only are you not a human in this office but you are a pure dollar amount.
Without being looked at that day I was forced to make another appointment to actually get the issue fixed. The Male office Manager named DAVID was beyond RUDE. Disgusting behavior for Customer Service.. He proceeded to try and force more services than needed and then claimed he would decide when I could come in. I asked if I could view a calendar for scheduling and he said no. I then got him to tell me the doctors take vacation for 2 weeks and they will fit me in when they can. He then booked the immediate service after much back and forth and teeth pulling. pun intended
I showed up today to get my tooth filled and they said we don't have you down for an appointment. No apology, no customer service, no sorry for your time. Again the level of service was below a 1 star. Save yourself the time and find a place that treats you well, provides needed services, care, education and makes you feel great about going.

I've been seeing Dr. Mondavi for about 2 years, and I've had a really good experience with him. He's done quite a few treatments for me, from root canals to fillings and he's been excellent.

When I had the first consultation with Dr. Mondavi he was sincere and professional and was always concerned that I was feeling good and happy with my decision at the time. He was very attentive to my individual needs. He is the most creative, artistic man in his field as well as a very fine-tuned kind heart and is the best I have experienced. He addresses all of your questions. My husband became his next patient as well. He was looking for a cosmetic and reconstructive dentist that can do a smile make over. He needed twenty cosmetic crowns. We were both very pleased with our recent dental visit and completion of our treatments. Your dental office staff was very professional, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. From the time we walked in to do our initial paperwork to the time we walked out, we felt like we were taken care of. A unique exotic dental office as a art gallery with most beautiful flowers. Thank you , We love you.

He and I clicked so easily the first time we met. I felt so comfortable around him and it was very shocking since I avoid the dentist's office as much as possible.

There's something odd when the signage, business cards, receptionist, and receipts all say different names for the same business. Something to think about. At the first appointment, Dr Mondavi asked me if I was interested in tooth whitening. I said no, but he still proceeded to give a canned speech about the service. Same thing with Invisalign. Then, like all dentists, he made me make another appointment for the actual exam and cleaning, despite my having asked and their having confirmed that we could do it all on the first visit. At each visit, I waited about 1.5 to 2.5 hours past my appointment time (for which I arrived 15-30 min early--for courtesy's sake).

The staff here make you feel very welcome and Dr. Mondavi really cares about patient comfort. So far, I am quite happy with the work he's done on my teeth and would recommend Dr. Mondavi to others.

Dr. Mondavi and his staff are warm and friendly and seem concerned about your comfort. So far, I'm happy with the dental work I've had done by Mondavi. If I had any complaint, it would be that I feel they gently try to "push" you in the direction of getting costly work done that may not even be necessary. Before getting any heavy or really expensive work done there, get a second opinion first. If the second opinion is the same, then let Mondavi do the work.
