He gave me BOTOX 2x for no cost and I now go 3 x a year for just the cost of the vial he lets me buy myself at his office. He made me a cosmetic addict I think once he gave me fillers which took 15 years off my face & removed all my smokers lines over my upper lip.

Marc Weber dds A Red Bank dentist awarded $10M and his office-manager wife were acquitted earlier this week of all charges in a Medicaid fraud case, the Asbury Park Press reports.After a four-week trial, a jury in state Superior Court in Freehold found dentist Marc Weber not guilty of all four counts that remained against him following an 11-count indictment a year ago, the Press reports. Weber’s wife, Jennifer Barbers, was acquitted on all five counts left against her.Weber’s Broad Street dental practice, Weber Dental Associates, was also acquitted of all charges, which included health care claims fraud. Barbers alone faced charges of identity theft and theft by deception.From the Press:When the state Attorney General’s Office announced the indictment last year, authorities said Weber and Barbers told another employee — who handled the practice’s billing operations — to submit fraudulent claims to Medicaid and private insurers between 2004 and 2008.John J. Flynn, the Manasquan-based attorney who represented Weber and the practice, said the dentist did $1.1 million worth of Medicaid billings over a 3 1/2-year period. He was accused of stealing $2,000 from five patients, out of thousands, Flynn said.“It was just an absurd prosecution,” he said.Barbers’ Princeton-based attorney, Robert G. Stevens, said they never believed the state could prove fraud as they had alleged in the indictment.“We had a very good jury and the jury agreed with us,” Stevens said. “I’m very pleased with the verdict.”The case was tried before state Superior Court Judge Anthony J. Mellaci Jr., sitting in Freehold.Jury deliberations began late last Friday morning and continued Tuesday, Flynn said.Weber’s dental license remains active, according to the state Department of Consumer Affairs. Flynn said Weber is still working.

THIS MAN IS THE BEST DR/ DENTIST ever. He sold his office to a corperation in Dec 2006 when I went for my Botox and some moron actually introduced himself as DR Weber. It was Andrew Marin who was one of 4 Dentists now owners of his largest practice in Red Bank. I figured since I was there I'd let Dr Marin give me Botox but I said just Botox for the fee Dr W charges me.
I should have ran once he lied that he was DR Weber but stupid me let this animal touch me. He made my eye droopy and put so much filler in my upper lip that my husband thought I was beaten when I got home. The best part was that the "SAME" fee as DR weber usually gives me was actually correct but add a 0 to the $630 to $6,300. I FLIPPED OUT & found out DR Weber was 5 miles away at American Dental with DR Gil Glass a long time dentist in the area. Dr Glass had DR Weber who now actually was not the boss but loaded with those morons buy out , fixed my lips as best as he could and actually got my eye to stop drooping. BEWARE ANYONE GOING TO MARC WEBER DDS OLD RED BANK OFFICE AFTER 12/2006!!! THEY RIP YOU OFF,MAKE BELIEVE HE IS DR WEBER and they have changed the name 3 x already. Each time they say DR Weber just sold the office or still does. DR MARIN FINALLY HAD HIS NJ LICENSE REVOKED FOR WHAT HE DID PARTLY TO DR WEBER AND DR WEBER IS IN STatEN ISlanD anD NYC. He said he would not ever go back to the Soprano State after what the Crooked NJ Board of Dentistry did to himall because he humiliated the NJ Attorney General's Deputy head attorneys at trial. Many state workers were asked to resign he said and as far as NJ? He loves the people but wouldn't be caught selling a taco for $1 in that state.
I LOVED MARC WEBER AS THE BEST DENTIST EVER.

A Brooklyn dentist who shares Lawyers Jon Norisburg Esq. with Marc Weber dds both won $50M awards but settled for less after years of appeals. Weber whose career was ruined after the then-state Attorney General made him a poster boy for Medicaid fraud won a $7.7 million verdict Tuesday against D.A.G. James Flanagan & former investigators.

Dr. Marc Webers' expert estimated the tooth doctor lost much more than $5.7 million offered or the the $7.7 M Dr Morse accepted as a result of NJ Division of Insurance fraud .

“It took a little more than 2,500 days, but we got to the truth,” said Morse, the Ny 65-year-old father of six from Manhattan. “Now I feel totally vindicated.” Dr.Weber has refused as much as a $5.7 million offers after being awarded as Dr Morse was the same $50 million. Weber stated, "I am living just fine now and I'm prepared to wait for another 5-15 years for my full amount". Dr. Marc Weber dentist in NJ and NY added "The pain NJ put my 2 Children through and my wife is worth more than $5.7 million!" Weber concluded as he cried, that he plans on never spending a dime of NJ money but would leave a portion to a fund started by Dentists and Physicians to aid in legal fees vs NJ. The rest is left to my 2 children and my estranged step daughter who suffered as well.
Dr. Weber the Malapan dentist cried through out the 25 minute phone interview from his Florida home . He expressed that his tears are not for himself but for what NJ stole from mostly his oldest daughter and his 8 year old son who doesn't remember 2009-2014. My son missed only growing up without the "stuff" his daughter & step daughter had but his daughter lost her father from the malicious prosecutorial misconduct which was the basis for the large $50 million award.
