Rude staff unfriendly office...knowledge is limited. Do not recommend.

Just like another person wrote, I felt VERY uncomfortable in this visit. He was calling me hunny and sweetie, sat next to me on the table to where our thighs were touching to then wrap his arms around me and check my heart rate and breathing. He had me lay down to check my stomach and touched my hips and my rubbed his hands down my thigh and then ran his hand down my leg again saying "I hope you feel better" before I left. I felt completely uncomfortable the entire time. If you're a young woman I would NOT recommend this doctor.

I have never had a Doctor like Dr. Heifler. He and his staff are amazingly pleasant and knowledgeable. Although he, "shoots from the hip," he is always pleasant. This doctor has more character and charisma in his pinky than most doctors have had in their entire lifetime. Small office, single practice, but a world of knowledge. I would patiently wait forever for care like this. It's a rarity.

His front girl is rude and Never puts the doctor on. He's scared to get on the phone like a wuss! His other staff are ok although he says they complain a lot very unprofessional when I asked about a new he said he has other patients.

Dr. Heifler has been quite helpful and spends fair amount of time with me every time I have visited him. His bedside manners have been excellent.

One of the best! I have been going to Dr. Heifler for years. He spends the time needed with the patient to provide the proper care.

Dr Heifler has got to be one of the nicest, most empathetic doctors I have ever seen. He has helped me find the source of my health problems and contributes homeopathic aids for my condition. I drive over an hour because he is absolutely irreplaceable. Yes, there have been a few times where I have waited awhile, however, when I am up to bat I never EVER feel as though he rushes me through an appointment...he listens and questions, and that is exactly what he is doing for someone else while I wait. He knows his stuff and he is kind as well.

In my entire life I have never experienced a dr like this in my life. He walked in life an arrogant person. He did not look at me, examine me, look thought only one person's report and did not want to see anything else. He then stated, I was depressed and it was all in my head." He further stated he had to go. He gave me two referrals for two specialists. Needless to say I came back positive for Celiac Disease a few days later by my liver specialist who he respects. They only fit me in for the money. The staff was extremely rude and the wait was almost 2 hours. I am making a formal complaint against this DR. He is a pompous non caring women hater and it shows. I am still in shock

Been going to him for years. Dr. Heifler is a wonderful and caring Dr. He always listens fully and has a sweet friendly demenor.
