Dr. Davis makes my annual exams as comfortable as possible and she's quick during the exam (I'm talking about the actual exam part), but not rushed. She always takes the time to talk to me about my general health and well-being and to answer any questions I have. Her nurse or assistant (I think her name is Mickey) is also very friendly and helpful. I once had a question about a non-gynecological medical issue and doctor referral that I'd discussed with Dr. Davis, and I called the office and left a message for her. I promptly received a call back from Mickey with the doctor's answer. Also, I once had a billing issue and the staff promptly and politely rectified it. All in all, I've found Dr. Davis to be an outstanding doctor, and her staff is friendly and helpful to boot.

I can tell you guys why no one answers the phone: Because they're too busy playing and talking to one another OR taking personal calls. I was there on Friday and I can distinctly recall a black woman sitting by the window. It was about 11:30 and this woman was holding a personal conversation LOUDLY on the phone. The phone was ringing and the other two girls were busy on the phone. Did the other girl take the call? No. She continued her personal call. How do I know it was a personal call? Because the woman said "I'm glad you kept my number" and something about someone not standing her up again. I don't know where her boss was but this was very unprofessional. If they can't take our calls, then they don't want our service, therefore, I am going to another doctor.

It is extremely difficult to get through to someone on the phone without reaching the machine. The receptionists are often rude when you arrive and sometimes announce/ask personal information in front of other patients. Dr. Davis is extremely cold and does not seem the slightest bit interested in any questions/concerns of her patients. She is also very judgmental and rude. If you want to feel comfortable with your gynocologist while being open and honest, I urge you to look elsewhere.

I find getting through to a live person extremely frustrating. When leaving a message you are told that someone will return your inquiry within 24 to 48 hours. That's a long time to wait when you missed a message telling you they have test results and then takes days to get the actual results if you missed the inital call. Dr. Davis seems strained, like she says the exact same thing to every patient when it comes to small talk. Of course I'm not there for conversation, but it can sometimes help to distract when nervous.

I have been seeing Dr. Davis for many years. She knows her medicine and knows me. We can chat and learn about how our past year has gone. Always on time and I like that.

Staff is always rude and not very helpful. They act like you're bothering them whenever you call or go there for a visit. The staff will ask personal questions at the reception desk in front of other patients. Sometimes Dr. Davis is short with her answers and comes across like you're bothering her. She doesn't make you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Davis is professional and interested the getting a good picture of the patient's whole health. She asks pertinent questions and gives good advice. She is understanding of problem areas and has positive solutions. I have never had a problem with her staff, and have never been kept waiting very long.

Staff rude, ask very personal questions such us if you have discharge, what color, or smell over the reception desk in front of other waiting patients. If you need to see the doctor when you are not feeling well, forget it, it is close to impossible and they actually tell you to go and see urgent care. Dr. M. Davis is not friendly, barely talks to you when she comes and has very short answers such as yes or no for your questions. I have waited as much as 30 min before I was called in.
