Dr. Ambercrombie is the best doctor in Arnold, MO. He is very quick to diagnose and treat symptoms, and he is very consistent and conscientious. He is very friendly, and is willing to give you a referral if you need one. While his office manager is just hateful, rude, and mis-billed my insurance so I have an outstanding bill that SHE won't correct, Dr. Ambercrombie is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him. I love Dr. Ambercrombie and I am hoping to get the bill straight so I can once again go back to him. I hate having to find another doctor due to the error on the part of the Office Manager, but it is what it is. I think if he knew the truth, this issue would be resolved, but getting past the Office Manager is like running through fire; you're going to get burned in the process, no matter how you try to resolve the issue. I hate her, but he is wonderful! They should apply for Carecredit so patients can pay their co-pays and any outstanding bills.
