dr anderson is one of the best medical doctors in our community. i was in the process of being diagnosed with a spinal problem. dr. anderson was the only one who spent time listening to me and pursuing what turned out to be the solution to my medical problem. i have the highest respect for him.

He was on time, and I'm sure he knows what he's talking about, but he showed a very poor capacity for conveying that knowledge to his patient. He spoke to me very indirectly and unclearly. He also answered my questions as if he were defending himself and his prognosis instead of just providing the explanation I needed to hear. Additionally, he bascially just walked out of the room when he felt our appointment was over regardless of the fact that I was literally still speaking. I'm sure he's talented, but I will not be getting my ACL surgery done by him, nor will I bother consulting him at any point in the future.

I was not at all impressed with Dr. Anderson in spite of the high recommendations in the community. Over the course of 5 months, I saw a different practitioner every time I had an appointment which caused major communications challenges; when I did Dr. Anderson, he was always at least 45 min. late, did not review my chart before seeing me, would not listen to me, gave me conflicting information, put incorrect information in the chart, insisted I needed another $1500 brace that was identical to the one I already had, told me I was too old for ACL reconstruction (I'm only 39) and would walk out of the exam room when he thought the appointment was over without asking whether I had any questions. On the positive side, he seems to be a very talented surgeon - he performed arthroscopic surgery on my knee and it healed beautifully. Even so, I am not allowing him to do my ACL surgery - I have changed to a different practice.

I tore my acl and Dr Anderson did my surgery. He has been extremely helpful and really knows what he is talking about. Very considerate!

I fractured my ankle in December and Dr. Anderson has been completely UNhelpful. I was told such good things about him, but since I've been seeing him (a good 5 months now), he's been horrible. He's late. He doesn't check my chart before I show up. He says he's going to give me a script, and it's not ready. I've been very dissapointed with him.
