dr. farrell listens to what you say, is not to proud to admit he doesn't know everything (no god complex!), and will find out, and actually get back to you, any information you need that he doesn't know/have. he has never made me feel that he didn't have time for me or that he had somewhere else he needed to be. a great doc that i've seen for several years now to help manage my considerable pain. i recommend him very highly to anyone.
