Dr. Langer has been my doctor for over 30 years now. He is absolutely the best there is. He is
brilliant, has an amazing sense of humour and always take the time to listen to what you have to say. I wish everyone was lucky enough to have a doctor this wonderful.

Dr. Langer has been my doctor for about 30 years now. He has always been very caring, compassionate and extremely thorough. He has gotten me through some really tough times. He always listens to everything I have to say and takes my thoughts and questions very seriously. A truly FANTASTIC doctor. I go to both of his clinics depending on which appointment works best for me. Staff has always been very kind and caring at both locations. Would never ever change doctors!!

Kim Whiteford is very knowledgeable regarding the laser procedure, and the results that I had done was great , I would totally recommend her to all my friends and family. She is very easy to talk to and makes me feel at ease

The Medical Aesthetician Kim Whiteford is great. She gets me in and out for my laser procedures. Very convenient when you're in a hurry. Great staff.

I recently started doing laser treatments with Kim the medical Aesthetician at Dr. Langer's Clinic. Kim is very professional, knowledgable and efficient. She knows what she is talking about and makes you feel very comfortable. My treatments are going great so far. I definitely recommend her.

The new management has made great changes for the better. The staff has become more considerate to people's needs and concerns. Friendly people willing to listen and do things for you. The nurses and gentleman in the lab will even call to get overdue results from specialists and labs and also confirm critical appointments. Dr. Langer is a caring person and does his best to get to the bottom of every problem you may have. A friend of mine had an urgent X-ray done at Heartlake X-ray and ultrasound and was told it would take 1 1/2 hours to get the results. Dr. Langer called them and he received the results in 5 minutes. This is the kind of office I WILL recommend to everyone. Keep up the FANTASTIC job people.

The front staff are rude, loud, and very unprofessional. They talk about personal things that are inappropriate and are not informed and inattentive. The front staff is beyond terrible.

I agree with most people's comments here.,the front desk staff at heartlake location are horrible, not friendly and rude. I have stopped going to this clinic for a few years now and will never go back.

Have been going to this doctor for 20+ years and the lack of care has gone down considerably.
He never follows up or returns phone calls. He always seems to be rushed and doesn't take the time to listen to your issues. Quick to write a prescription and send you on your way. Even if you book the first appt in the morning you still have to wait. Front end staff are horrendous needs to get some competent employees. I'm in the process of looking for a new family doctor and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

The staff at mississauga road walmart location is beyond terrible. They behave as if you are bothering them by your presence and make comments on patients among them. Even the doctors dont seem to be knowledgable enough. Going back to my old family doctor after 2 years of terrible service.
