Dr. Capicotto changed my life. After being in an auto accident, he refused to rush into surgery. We tried everything for 7 months and finally only then did we move to double disc replacement in my neck. My arm had been numb for 7 months. The pain in my neck was constant and unbearable. The minute I woke up from surgery, I could once again feel my arm. I was released from the hospital early and was back to work full time within 2 weeks. He said I was the poster child for the perfect patient. I did every stupid exercise they told me to do. Now I am waiting one more surgery with him in my lower back. Dr. Capicotto is the only Dr. I would trust. His office may not run on time, but he's the best and worth every minute you wait! Dr. Capicotto knows his stuff and he knows it well. I would send anyone to him.

When I first met Dr. Capicotto he refused to do surgery based soley on my age (I had just turned 24). Knew then he was a keeper. When he finally decided that it was time, he explained every aspect and was always available to answer questions, he would even return my calls. What doctor does that? When I had reservations about instrumentation, he came to the holding area, listened to my concerns and and agreed NOT to implant rods and screws. When I became very ill they day after surgery due to a sensitivity to the demoral and morphine he came to the hospital ON A SUNDAY. Now that, 13 yrs later I need another surgery, he takes the time to discuss EVERY option. Highly professional. Highly knowledgeable. Highly personable. Willingness to listen to the patient NOT his bank account.
