Very conputerized office. This was good in that everyone knew about me whereever I went--even throughout the day of an office visit. Dr. Le-Young persoanlly came to waiting room to greet me. Reviewed history and set up test plan. Quick to schedule tests. Tests done and explained well. Treatement referral quick and as promised. He also called me (no staff call-and-wait) to explain results. I am satsfied with office and the care I received.

Not a warm guy, but you do get the feeling that he cares about his patients. Still, I feel like I have to review my entire history each time I see him because he never remembers me. He's very cautious, so you have to be comfortable with that style - he's not on the cutting edge of treatments, but also doesn't waste time in doing what will get you better the fastest.
