Since selling his practice to Heritage Group quality of staff is inefficient, rude, uncaring just horrible. You can't get a message to Dr Buster, you can't get to a head nurse, there is no office manager. Dr. Buster is great once you get to see him, however he stated he is unaware that you can't get a message to him. Apparently someone has to email all his messages so you are stuck in cyberspace. Absolutely horrible service from his staff. Will never go back because of staff not because of Dr. Buster himself.

You do have to ask to see Dr. Buster when making an appt. He always listens to my conerns and helps me make good decisions about my health. I feel he is very knowledgable. He does have a tendency to run late, but hs is worth it.

I have no problem getting an appointment with Dr Buster at his office on Chapman. He is only there on Thursdays, but it is usually fairly easy to get in.

It is very hard to actually get to see the doctor. He seems to give preference to his long-time geriatric patients. Most of the time I could only see a nurse practioner...not the doctor.

I have been a patient for 8 years and have never seen Dr. Buster. Every time I have a problem, I am referred to his physician's assistants. Even when I have had severe problems which required emergency hospitalization, I didn't see him but saw his doctor's assistants!!!!
