I would say that Dr. Arnold has really great bedside manner but honestly it was always a quick in and out. If you don't have your questions ready then the talking and explaining will be very minimal. I had to follow up on things that should be automatically discussed and nothing was ever in depth. Closer to the end of my pregnancy I got a Nurse practitioner because he just disappeared but honestly it was for the best because she was amazing. Post delivery, he did no followup especially since my delivery was complicated and switched to CSection for something that should have been caught antenatal. His receptionist however is AMAZING and getting in is easy and efficient. If you really want seemless, no much talking, in and out service, he is great

Dr. Arnold is the best of the best. When every other doctor failed me, he found a path through. I’m extremely grateful for his time, patience and knowledge. He has a gift and blesses those who fall into his care.

Sooooo bleeping expensive. $200 for herbal supplements. $800 for initial visit. $250 visits after. Insurance company won't cover specialist fees. Getting broke from menopause

Dr. Arnold and his staff are truly wonderful people and took such good care of me during my pregnancy. I have anxiety issues and I could not be more grateful that I happened to get Dr. Arnold as my OB, as he always put my mind at ease with all of my questions and was the only person to get through to me and get me through the delivery of my daughter. He has such a calm and reassuring demeanour and it’s so comforting to know how much experience he has. Leah is also incredible! All of the office staff make sure you know that they care and I always felt welcome and at ease in a place that could easily cause a lot of stress.

Dr. George Arnold gave birth to me in early September 2019. It was the easiest and most beautiful childbirth. Arnold is a very highly qualified, attentive and caring doctor! I am very grateful to him, I have a healthy son growing.

I chose to see Dr. Arnold for during my pregnancy because I read that he used to be the Chief of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Markham Stouffville Hospital, had good reviews online and was accepting patients. Unfortunately, the level of care I received wasn’t anything exceptional. I was constantly the one asking questions, whether it was to ask about my test/ultrasound results, blood pressure, baby’s heart rate, measurements etc. If I didn’t ask, he wouldn’t mention anything. He wouldn’t even ask me any questions other than how I’m feeling. I did have a low risk pregnancy but I still felt like he could have been more attentive and caring. He seems to care more about the business aspect of his practice. His wait times can fluctuate; I usually waited 30 minutes to see him (unless it was an early morning appointment and/or I was being seen by other nurses and not him). Once I waited over an hour for him… it was 30C outside and my toddler was waiting in the car with my husband (due to COVID restrictions and not being allowed in)… the wait times are unacceptable when we are given appointment times! I wasn’t allowed to have my husband there with me during appointments (understandably due to COVID); however one day, another women asked if her husband can be there since it was her first pregnancy and Dr. Arnold allowed it and he came right in. Rules should be fair and consistent for everyone. He is super busy and near the end of my pregnancy, he had a new receptionist and 2 new Nurse Practitioners because he was too busy for all his patients. Pros: He is knowledgeable, has a calm and polite mannerism and the nurses working with him were great - they answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. The office staff are very kind and attentive to phone calls/voicemails. It’s also convenient that the lab and ultrasound clinic are all located in the same building. (FYI You do need to book appointments with Lifelabs and the ultrasound clinic beforehand as they’re not walk-in). Overall, I came to Dr. Arnold for prenatal care but saw him for less than half of my appointments. I was seen by different nurses mostly. Although I did end up preferring my experience with the nurses, I would have rather dealt with an OB that stays consistent.

Dr. George Arnold is simply excellent. I've been a patient for many years and most recently for custom HRT for menopause. He's very caring and compassionate and his staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful whenever I've called or emailed.

I had my 2nd caesarean with Dr. George Arnold & he is great! Office staff are kind, caring & accommodating, appointments are always timely. He makes you feel very comfortable & is there every step of the way. He even wheeled me to recovery himself & visited me the next morning, I felt very blessed. MSH team is awesome, nurse Carmen in Recovery is the Best I have ever met just exceptional & spoke highly of Dr. George Arnold & I agree. My incision is invisible it’s been a week & its x100 better than first 6 years ago. This was a night & day experience from first, everyone involved was absolutely wonderful. I am having minor issues now & Dr. George Arnold’s office booked me in right away when I called so thankful. I highly recommend going to Dr.George Arnold, he & his staff & MSH team is what all healthcare in Canada should look like because it’s obviously not equal. There is not enough space for me to actually put in detail how good my experience was with literally everyone there. 5 stars hands down. Thank you, thank you & thank you :)
