Dr Ranken delivered my baby at MSH recently, it was my first experience with her and she was amazing. She was very calm, explained everything and listened. I found her to be extremely compassionate to the fact that I was in a lot of pain. There was a moment where we were possibly going for an emergency c section and I felt that I was in good hands. She helped deliver my baby and took care of my afterwards due to some complications. Thank you Dr Ranken!

Delivered my daughters baby in P.E.I. in August by c section. We felt so fortunate that she was there on call at the time as it was an emergency and things moved fast. She was so good.

Dr.Rankin delivered my baby in Charlottetown PEI this week and I'm so glad she was here to take care of me. I haven't met another OB who is so kind, funny, and caring. I wish she would be here if I come back in the future to have another baby! Amazing person.

I had the privilege of having Dr.Ranken as my OBGYN for the past almost year (from the beginning of my pregnancy, to my IUD appt 5 months postpartum)

I honestly don’t think I could say enough good things about both her and her admin Jessica. As a medical admin myself , Jessica is who I strive to be like daily for the doctors I work for and for our patients that we support. She treated me with the utmost respect , never being bothered by my calls or questions and just overall being so kind and welcoming.

Dr.Ranken has the absolute kindest bedside manner , was always on time (even if she wasn’t she would still have been worth it) and never rushed me out of her office. She answered my concerns and took the best care of me while pregnant. I was sad that she wasn’t on call to deliver my baby girl when I went into labour, but nonetheless I was grateful to have had her as my OBGYN leading up to that day.

Anyone who has the opportunity to have Dr.Ranken as their OBGYN will not be disappointed.

Dr. Ranken delivered my daughter and will be delivering my current baby soon. I wish I had her to deliver her my son back in 2018 as she has been nothing short of amazing. She is so caring, knowledgeable and actually listens to you. Jess at the front desk is also so friendly, and I am always comfortable walking into that office!

Dr. Ranken delivered my preemie twin boys. She was knowledgeable, positive and even to check on our boys throughout their stay in the NICU. Very happy to have her!

I read the reviews here and on google so I asked my family doctor to refer me to her. This is when I found out I was a month pregnant. She wasn’t able to see me until 2 months later which is fine. My fam doc cared for me for the time being and did my dating ultrasound. The moment she found I was having twins, she refused to see me and bounced me around to two other OBs in Markham which then was full and no longer accepting any patients. I didn’t have an OB and end up having to look outside of Markham. I don’t understand why she refused to care for someone that is having twins, she was not professional at all and should have saw me first and then refer me to someone she knew was accepting high risk patients rather than telling me to go somewhere else that wasn’t accepting new patients. If you are having twins, be prepared she’s going to decline seeing you and telling you to go somewhere else.
