Have been dealing with Dr. Jeffrey and he is the most difficult and horrible person I have ever dealt with. He thinks he can say and treat you how ever he wants as he states he is the doctor. He should get off his high horse and realize he is just a person and should get some manners

I can’t get in to why, but please never EVER get Dr. Jeffrey to deliver your baby or have anything to do with your pregnancy. So many horror stories, so many tragedies. Avoid at all costs.

Dr Jeffrey started off nice and knowledgeable, he seemed like he cared about me and could actually help me with my 10 years of chronic pelvis (uterus) pain. He performed my laparoscopy to look for Endo. Surgery went well - didn’t find anything. Decided for a IUD to help with hormones. Went to the office for the IUD appointment. It was the most unbearable pain I have every felt in my life, there is obviously something wrong with my uterus he told me very coldly to calm down. After a solid 10min of him trying to insert it - the IUD didn’t take and as I laid on the table crying with my S/O trying to comfort me. He said nothing, put some normal Tylenol on the table and left. I thought I found a OGBYN that cared about me as a person but I was wrong. He was so cold - When he opened the door to leave the nurses stared at me as sobbed. He truly gave up on me because he couldn’t handle it. No explanation, no ‘next step’, no see you next time, no apology.
I could barely walk out of the office. After this ‘procedure’ I bled heavily for close to a month. I was later told he had damaged my uterus in the process. It was by far the most traumatic experience of my life and it gives me a huge amount of anxiety to talk about. Every time I see/hear him name it makes me sick to my stomach. I was only 19.

Dr Jeffery took me on half way through my high risk pregnancy. He always had so much information to keep me informed and educated about my experience. Gave me trusted websites and told
Me to always come to appointments with questions. He has seen me in labour and delivery to confirm I wasn't in labour and took careful consideration when the pain was too much and kept me to monitor my baby. I have a lot of respect for a docotor who takes the time.
Thank you doctor jeffery

I have been on a waiting List by referral to see him for almost 1 year 8 mos. every time I call to inquire about my appointment, (she clearly hates her job) they tell me they are booking 4 to 6 mos in advance yet have not received a phone call. So, guess we are headed to Calgary

Dr. Jeffery was awesome. He helped me out when other gynecologists thought nothing was wrong with me. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and his staff is very good as well. :)

Dr Jeffery did an Endimetrail Ablasion for me a couple of years ago. I felt fine after the procedure and then the next morning I was in unbelievable pain. When I called to see if this was normal his staff informed me that it was totally normal and to just take it easy. When it was still there the next day I called again and they told me the same thing. So finally I went to the ER, because I couldn't move and now had a fever of 103. Turns out that he perforated my uterus during the procedure and I became very very very septic. My blood levels bottomed out, my blood pressure was very low, my lung ended up collapsing and I needed to obviously go for a second surgery. I think I seen Dr Jeffery once while I was in the hospital for 2 weeks and during that time he told me that he didn't understand why this was happening that he DID NOT do anything wrong and certainly didn't perforate my uterus. I just about died and all he cared about was making sure I knew he thought everything was fine. Thankfully the Dr that actually did save my life, said something to him. I will NEVER reccomend him to anyone.

To get in within a decent time period you have to be rated as urgent, and I don't know how they do their rating system at this office but for the pain I'm in I'm having to wait over a year just for them to even schedule me in. The staff is careless and snotty, as I learned through phoning them.
