I was seen by Dr. Sandy. The female assistant who brought me into the room, didn’t introduce herself. I have to ask the persons name. My assistant was friendly and I was happy with the service.
The friendly staff behind the desk always answer the phone with their name. It would be proper for the dental assistants to introduce themselves and wear a name tag. This has happened several times where I have to ask the persons name, after I have been brought to the dentist chair.
As a former nurse, I would always introduce myself to my patient, regardless if my name tag was on my uniform.
I am always happy with my dental cleanings and any work done by the dentists.
