I found Dr MacDougall to be very knowledgeable, and had great bedside manner. He got my 12 yr old daughter to open up and talk, which is a challenge in itself.

Very kind, caring doctor for our premature twins. Sees us frequently and if we need an appointmemt sooner, he makes it happen. I had a concern for one of my children and he got back to me by the end of the day - on his day off.

Dr. McDougall himself is great! His front end staff (not mentioning names) are awful!! Always looking to get into an argument all the while I'm just trying to follow the orders the dr gave me

He Is Definitely one of the BEST ......He and his staff are just a phone call away if I need anything for my special needs daughter and he is always keeping on top of everything she needs..... And if he can solve the problem he calls and consults someone that can and gets the answers needed very quickly

i have a special needs daughter with a very rare condition. Dr.M and his staff go above and beyond for us we see him monthly and have come to know him very well. I can not praise him enough and i make sure he knows every visit how much we value and appreciate him. It is very easy to see that he actually cares for my little girl if we ever need anything one phone call is all it takes

Loves to RX drugs. If that's what you want for your kids, go see him. He's just another doctor with an inflated ego.

I brought my son to see Dr. Macdougall because his teacher was concerned about his concentration. He had me do a paper evaluation from my perspective and issued me an RX for Dexidrine (a behaviour modifier). You would htink he would have done further assessments on my son before heading into pills. I was horrified, threw away the RX and got a 2nd opinion and we never looked back. My son today is a healthy teenager,he is almost at a B average in school, and yes he has to work at bit harder to keep his marks up, but he does not need drugs to modify his behaviour.
