Have seen Dr. Piemontesi now for years. I am so grateful for him and his staff. They are caring, professional, and always have been kind and gone above and beyond in their care.

I tested positive for chlamydia and he called right away but couldn’t get me in for weeks! Didn’t even mention what the call was about. Made his receptionist call! I ended up looking my results up online and getting an online doctor to email me a requisition since this doctor is useless! He doesn’t have time for his patients or to share test results!

Find it very disturbing that one of the technicians wears the same pair of gloves between patients and touching all the equipment, doors, cabinets, and doesn't switch the gloves.. When I mentioned that I was concerned when she went to put eye drops in my eyes/touch my face - she haughtily informed me that she was a Nurse! (then she should know better). And that she has a cut on her finger and that's why she's wearing the gloves! - fast forward 8 months. Here again and she's still wearing the gloves! - kinda disappointed that the Dr or other employees aren't saying anything to her about this.

Great dr. Have been seeing him every six months for seven years. He makes sure proper tests are done as one was missed. It’s a very busy clinic. Prepare for a long appointment time with all the tests.

Dr Piemontesi has looked after my husband (cataracts) and my (macular degeneration) for a number of years now and has been able to help our sight improve and manage. The support staff is very efficient and friendly.

Dr. Piemontesi will offer you the latest technology and treatments to address your eye problems and the clinic has all the top notch equipment. .
Some of those treatments would cost you thousands in the US.
Staff is very friendly, nice and helpful.
Waiting times can be quite long..
But that's to be expected- since he is an experienced specialist

I waited 2 hours in total. The staff was overworked and the clinic was run down with old equipment and seemed unclean. The doctor finally came in looked at my eyes and had no time for questions. Made me feel stupid for asking them. Any concerns were treated with disdain. Zero empathy or compassion, threw jargon around like I was supposed to know what he was talking about. I asked a question about my upcoming surgery and he told me to look it up on the internet. Terrible experience, I will be looking elsewhere for someone I have confidence in trusting my eyes with.

this clinic is overbooking all the time, the staff makes mistakes because of poor organization, Dr. Piemontesi is ver arrogant, he is not interested in his patient’s concerns, no time to explain anything, the only one I fully trust is Dr. Andrew Goad

I started seeing the doctor for a complex eye condition. He is very knowledgeable and felt he had a sound judgement. However, his staff are rude and unhelpful, zero empathy, changes appointments constantly which you have to reschedule, you have to wait for an appointment more than a month, even in emergencies, and he does not follow up or take interest in your case
