I LUCKED OUT with Dr. Hefford! When my previous 2 female doctors re-located and changed hours, I was GIFTED Dr. Hefford. She LISTENS. She TAKES NOTES. She is open to and receptive of suggestions. She RESPECTS MY INTELLIGENCE. She treats me with kindness and concern. Not since Dr. Deborah Hocking, have I felt safe and secure in the knowledge that this physician has my best interests in mind. .. AND.. she's a Newfoundland native. Good enough for ME!

Very insensitive if you have too many issues q My best friend is going to do the Maids progrm now after her experiences .She did not believe she was having chronic pain .The pain is so intolerable .She would not give her a requested xray .another did and sure enough progressive Avascular Necrosis crumbling bones .Because after a more than a year no pain killer given and rude neg attitude od Dr Hekkord she is now doing suicide .maids . I'm thankful others are happy with her but she doesn't know about what she's gone thu for last ten years .It's also not dr. Fault that lies are on her untruth patient profile because of several Dr. Covering up door their many errors and abuses too much to saybcan write a book Dr. Listen to your really sick patience and have a heart .I have been best friends 40 years I'd hav3 done more but she locks herself away can't reach her often because of her pain ..Today yo7 have to be your own Dr.and she has progressive lymes disease .Dirty word because the tests are 40 years old and they only test a very few ticks .She got hers in Cheklosvacia on a trip .RHargreaves

Dr. Brenda Hefford is the best family doctor I have had experience with in my life. She is thorough, and very knowledgeable. She has been my doctor for 23.5 years and although we don't live close to the clinic any more I still go back to see her because the drive is worth it. You tend to have t o wait past your appointment time due to her being so thorough with her patients but I don't mind waiting as it means she also takes the time to really listen to me.

Dr Hefford has been our family doctor for 21 years, she has delivered both our children and has been there for our family completely. Wish she was in her office more,but her locums are a great replacement!

Dr. Hefford took me as a patient after I was first diagnosed with Stage 4 Oral Cancer. She and her staff attended to my every need - nothing was too much trouble - and I attribute much of my success in surviving this horrible disease to their care and management. I was given a 10% chance of survival, and that was almost 8 years ago. Not once have I felt neglected or without the finest medical care and advice possible. It is an efficient and well managed medical office with a dedicated nursing and administrative staff. I would highly recommend this medical office to anyone who seeks high quality, caring professional service. J.H.

I have been seeing Dr. Hefford for 18 years now-she is the best! I only wish she was in her office more but the Drs. she has take of her patients are top notch and do a great job for her. She delivered 2 of my 3 children and I've had the best pre-natal care. She always has time to listen to everything you have to say. She is very compassionate. She always told me that mother's intuition is real and she takes great care of my children. We are so lucky to have her as our family physician.

Dr. Hefford is a wonderful, caring Dr, always looking out for your best interest. She is always there for you, very knowledgeable, and good at what she does. She took me in as a patient 13 yrs ago and did an amazing job delivering my son. She has been a top notch Dr. at all ranges of care, from immunizations, maternity care, diagnosing depression, viral infections etc. I highly recommend her to anyone!!

Dr. Hefford has been our family doctor for 13 years. Although it is difficult to get appointments at times and she run's late it is a true testament to how wonderful she is. She is wonderful with my children and has been there for our family every step of the way. She is caring and compassionate, kind and gentle. She truly loves her job and always looks for positives in all situations. I only wish the world was filled with doctors like Dr. Hefford, our world would be a better place!

Brenda Hefford is a very caring, calm, and wonderful doctor. She has always respected my opinions on what is going with my health and any alternative treatments I've been using. She often runs late, so my one complaint is the amount of time I waste in her waiting room. However, I recognize that is probably because she takes whatever time is necessary for each patient rather than just standing at the door with her hand on the knob after 5 or 10 minutes. I think she is overbooked, but that's also probably because she's trying to accommodate as many patients as possible. The front desk staff are efficient, but I don't find them overly-friendly.

Dr.Hefford has been my doctor for 14 years and i wouldn't give her up for any other doctor..She really does care and is very thurough with each and every visit..Love her!
