Needs to pay more attention to the patient, follow up helps! You need to really listen to your patients and make a good recommendation. Sylvia is missed.

Dr Lunn has been my doctor since she first started over 32 years. She has always been there for all my family. She is caring and knowledgeable. Her nurse Sylvia is the best. She has been my nurse from Dr Clark that Dr Lunn took over from.

Receptionist is incredibly rude. The nurse is just as bad and Dr.Lunn is a wolf in sheep's clothing. She puts on this sweet persona but I've seen communications between her and her support staff and Dr.Lunn is catty and manipulative! I WISH I had a choice to change doctors but sadly with the doctor shortage, I'm stuck with these clowns.

Horrible staff!!! Nurse is totally rude!! Her receptionist is just as dreadful. I'm without a doctor know because I will not go back

I have never had a problem with Dr. Lunn.. she is excellent. However, the person working the front desk can sometimes be a grouch when calling in about something.

Been my MD for 20 yrs. I have to go in with a diagnosis. Very unprofessional. Both the Nuse and receptionist are incredibly rude and they always make you feel like you're wasting thier time. If I had another MD to go to, I would. With the MD shortage here, I'm stuck.

Been my family doctor for 15yrs and never had a problem. Very approachable and makes you feel comfortable . Wouldn't go to any other doctor

Staff are very rude. You call about getting in to see the doctor because your very sick . I know their busy but when she said come in 3 days later . i say ill go to the hospital cant wait that long she slams the phone in my ear.

Most arrogant Ignorant staff I've ever seen. Dr. Lunn is very nice but starting to not care about what's wrong with you. You need to do all the leg work and push to find stuff out or forget it!!
