Excellent surgeon. Can wait 1-2 hours at her door even with a precise appointment though. She is sophisticated, very smart and educated, but the staff is not so friendly, especially the nurses, receptionists. Rhonda, the one who schedules surgeries is nowhere to be found when you call no matter when, never return your calls or questions, and will never help you. Dr Hyacinthe must find smarter nurses, assistants and receptionists, to match her qualities. It is a pitty, this organization is poor.
