Don't understand the negative reviews at all. Dr. Spags has been overwhelmingly helpful in managing my pain for over 10 years. He thinks "outside the box" for pain management and treats the whole person, not just the initial complaint. I have been to several pain management centers since my injury 27 years ago, and Dr. Spags has been the most comprehensive by far.

Dr. Spags is a great doctor. The first question he asks is always the same --- how are you making out? He always discusses various treatment options and will tell you when you need to try something. Most of the time he wants you to try a new vitamin or switch your diet up to address the concerns you are having.

I enjoy my appointments with Dr.Spags and he always manages to teach me something new throughout my appointment. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone in legitimate pain. He has been able to keep me on my feet for quite some time now and isn't scared to tell me when I need to take it a little easy or alter my daily routine.

FYI -- doctor will not play games and do not attempt to get anything by him. He is there for the sole reason of helping those who are in real pain. I can not thank him enough for the help he's given me!!!!

Been seeing Dr. Spagnoletti for over 5 years. six surgeries and chronic neck and should pain issues have been tolerable with his help. He is fair, strict, and professional. He has always given me sound advice as I heal and rehabilitate myself. I highly recommend him and his office.

I am like many other young hard working men who suffer from chronic back pain. Mine is due to herniated discs from a car accident. Other doctors that I have seen did not want to help me or referred me to a surgeon. But Dr Spagnoletti listened to me. He understands that surery is an option but not necessarily the best option at this time. Because of him and his knowledge I am able to cope with my pain, continue to work, and enjoy life without suffering. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of pain relief.

I've had the unfortunate opportunity to go to 5 different pain management doctors through the years. Dr Spagnoletti is the best by leaps and bounds. He hears you and he acts on what he hears. I have major issues that will not go away but Dr Spagnoletti has provided me a quality of life that I haven't had in 20 years. His staff is also amazing. Very intelligent group as a whole.

I have a rare condition called Ehlers Danlos syndrome that causes chronic, often severe pain. Although I initially started seeing Dr. Spagnoletti as a pain management specialist, I quickly realized that he knew more about my disorder than all of my other specialists combined! He is extremely knowledgeable and I have benefited greatly from his care.

I have been a patient of Dr Spagnoletti's for many years. Would highly recommend his knowledge and treatment of conditions associated to pain and quality of life with pain. It helps to have a good doctor when dealing with pain that last a lifetime. Visiting office and doctor has always been enjoyable and very pleasant.
