Dr. Joseph has to be the most disorganized Doctor I have ever met. Her office hours are clearly posted on her office door, yet, when I walk in to make an appointment with the receptionist, the door is always locked, even if it's within the open hours. No one ever answers the phone, which goes back to them not being there! She even takes long vacations! I WILL be looking for a new GP in the very near future.

I'm not convinced this is the most accurate system, but it's all I have.Due to my experience with Dr.Mary Joseph, I've lost faith in the health care system in NS.After a poor experience with Dr.Joseph, I could not find any patient advocacy.After contacting Doctor's NS to report misconduct of Dr.Mary Joseph due to her unprofessional & personal comments that reflected a stereotypical mindset about my sexuality as a young woman assuming that I would have many partners, which made it even more important to have annual pap test.Following this comment was a reprimanding one questioning my decision not to be on any prescribed contraceptives to prevent pre-marital children.The manager of patient/physician relations @ Doctor's NS, was sympathetic to Dr.Mary Joseph, & attempted to interpret why she made her comments, while addressing me in a very patronizing tone.I've also had numerous tests & now need more thorough tests.I'm in an unhealthy environmental @ work & NEED medical advocacy!No luck.

Very friendly office. Dr. Joseph always refers when appropriate. I rarely feel rushed. Non-judgemental and open minded.

Dr. Joseph is an amazing lady. It's relatively easy to get appointments with her and she always gets you to fully explain what you feel is happening to you. She is kind, understanding and delivers very high quality care. LOVE this lady!

Dr. Joseph is a great family physician she always tries to get you an answer no matter what. I do find her to be slightly rude at times but it appears she just has a lack of better words to use. Lately she seems to be more rushed and has put a limit on the amount of concerns she will hear in the run of a visit.

Best diagnostician and physician I have ever had. I have lived all over Canada, the US and Australia and none have been as conscientious and friendly as Dr Joseph. I have asthma and have had immediate access to specialists and therapists. Dr Joseph takes into account all opinions and facts before making a decision and then fully explains her thoughts. If only we could all have a doctor as competent and caring ...

I found this Dr to be RUDE at times .Had opinions on your personal life that were none of her concern .She would not really listen to you ..she was right ..ALL THE TIME . Possibly ,the worst doctor that I have ever seen .
