I just began seeing Dr Kibel within the last month or so. From the very first appointment i knew i would like her. She is very caring and understanding. She have a very sweet mannerisms and seems to honestly care about her patients. This is refreshing to have a doctor like this around. It has been a while since i have had a doctor that i like this much. It is very easy to get in with her. In fact my first appointment i called the day ahead and was able to get in with her for a new appointment.

Stay away. I went for an annual exam and she was decent at that, though she clearly wasn't listening to me. I told her I was not planning to have children and she acted like I have no clue what I want and proceeded to lecture me on what to do with my birth control when I decide to get pregnant. Then I asked her about a symptom I was experiencing and she just blew off my concern. She said she didn't know what would cause it and I could see a neurologist and they could do soem tests but it might be inconclusive so I should just forget about it. I went to another doctor, got a diagnosis, and the treatment is working. Then she forgot to call me with my test results and never called my prescription into the pharmacy. The office transferred me around over and over every time I called, only to eventually make me leave a message. It was a huge waste f my time and she made me feellike she couldn't care less about me and I annoyed her with a question se couldn't answer.

OK Dr. Kibel is really nice but she cannot be reached by phone or e-mail. If you are lucky (!) you can get a call back by the end of the day from her nurse if you have a question. Dr. Kibel works at Austin Regional Clinic Far West and I do NOT recommend this clinic. The clinic is overwhelmed and a bureaucratic mess. Dr Kibel ordered a standard physical and I had to pay $550,- out of pocket even though I have BCBS PPO. The docs are clueless about what is covered and what not and if something has to be resubmitted it takes MONTHS to have it straightened out. This is one of those places where you constantly have to call and leave messages to make sure something gets done. I even had to fake a physical complaint just to get 5 minutes to talk to my doc in person about a billing issue that the billing department couldn't help me solve. Ridiculous. Their weekend phone service absolutely sucks. I could not have a doc call in ONE pill on a common medication I get when I ran out on the weekend.
