I will be forever grateful to Dr Quantz for doing excellent work and saving my life. Dr Quantz was in Montreal at a seminar for the weekend and I was so impressed when he came to see me at 9:30 Pm Sunday night when he returned from the seminar. He wanted to meet me and answer any questions I might have. He was very nice and had a sense of humor. He did my surgery at 7:30 am the following morning. I feel so good after the surgery and I feel blessed that I had Dr. Quantz💕

Dr. MacKenzie Quantz is an excellent heart surgeon saved my life and I received excellent care while I was in London University Hospital staff and Dr. Quantz were very attentive

Both my Son's and I felt that my husband was in good hands before he went into surgery. Not only did he explain things to my husband and I, he also took the time to explain things to our sons. Knowing that we were from out of town, when my husbands surgery was postponed on a Thursday due to several emergency that morning, he changed his long weekend off and rescheduled it for the next day instead of Monday. After a double bypass with excellent care my husband was ready to make the trip home on Tuesday. Today we went for a follow up and all is well. Even though we do not have to make another trip to London Mac reminded us of his open door policy.... any time or any questions. Such a comfort. Thank you for our lives back.

First time I met him, he asked me to call him Mac, so, I will. Mac explained the surgery (replacement of the aortic valve and 3cm of the aorta) complete with a hand drawing i hope i can still find. Relaxed, open, professional and a great sense of humour. I've done two follow ups with him. Still the same guy, alert to what you have said even a year before. All around, an excellent physician with a great attitude and a very helpful person, Jennifer, who works with him. It was a bit of a crisis which made us cross paths, but I am glad he was there when I got to that corner.

My father is alive today thanks to Dr.Quantz. He is an amazing surgeon, very skillful and knowlegable. He explained everything in detail to both myself and my mother and assured us that everything would be ok. Thank you Doctor Quantz you gave us back a husband, a father, a Nono, an Uncle and the man who holds a family together.

Dr. Quantz performed a triple bypass on my husband. He is a world renowned physician yet he still takes the time to explain everything to patients and family. You can feel 100% confident with this doctor -the best.
