went in with fatigue, lightheadedness, dizziness, headaches, pale skin, easy bruising, brain fog and cold hands & feet. Let me preface that I have always been anemic so I know the symptoms and it hasn’t been this bad for me since I had my second child 6 years ago. I know what’s wrong, I just needed the blood work done so I could supplement accordingly. They checked my blood pressure which was at 76/62 and found that just peachy. After asking me how many kids I have, their age, what I do for work she decided that I’m not anemic and instead, needed to see a therapist and gave me a list of councillors that have openings in their office. After I was too stunned to speak, sshe looked at me and said “what did you think was going to happen” and proceeded to walk out on me. I don’t know? Maybe send off for some bloodwork? recheck my half dead vitals? He never once let me speak long enough for me to let him know I was there for bloodwork and made the assumption that I was just an overwhelmed mom with to much time spent on google. Didn’t go over any history, nothing. He walked in with the attitude that I was there to waste his time after I spent 2 hours waiting to see her. I have never had such a prejudiced doctor in my life. I proceeded to the clinic in High Prairie where the receptionist was also shocked at his behaviour and booked me in even though they were full because anyone with half a brain can see that I’m severely anemic I will be filing a complaint against her with Alberta health as well as the College of Physicians and Surgeons. Here is your warning to stay away from this doctor.

This "Dr." should be struck off from practicing! Rude, arrogant, assumes you are lying from the start, predujiced, racist, cares more about pleasing her staff than patients.

Its really easy to be a kind person, not sure why she has to be so harsh about the pregnancy. I know that I am overweight and Cree, but the way she talks about me and my weight makes me feel so insecure. I don't find her to be warm in the slightest. I actually found the student doctor to be so much more knowledgeable and delightful, but her I have my deep reservations about. Please work on being a little polite and kind. Don't be in the field of managing pregnant women if you can't show an ounce of compassion. Even my husband found her rude.

Completely dismissed every concern I had. Railroaded the entire conversation. Did absolutely nothing to help with an incredibly serious issue. Would never recommend to anyone.

Its time this Doctor retires. She is rude to patients and staff. Her patient people skills are unprofessional and not sure it she knows what she is doing.

If I could give Dr Lundgard a rating of zero, I absolutely would. Needs to stop practicing immediately. Pays no attention to detail, ignores any concerns that need to be addressed, does not follow up with her patients and lacks any empathy or compassion. If you don’t want to take any interest in what you are doing, please stop practicing for everyone’s sake. To anyone seeking medical treatment in the Peace River area, avoid this woman, find yourself someone who knows what they are doing and who shows interest in their patients health. It’s only a matter of time before someone files a negligence complaint against her.

Dr Lundgard is very rude and unrealistic. I had a friend that was devastated after her first prenatal visit. She fat shamed a pregnant women to the point crying! Was hard to hear the things she said. Very upsetting!

I had Dr. Lungard with my son in 2014 and she was amazing!! I'm going to hopefully have her with my second baby!

I saw Dr. lungard per an injury at work. She told me I had no injury she could see and to go back to work. Afterward, I went to another 2 doctors. They both said I had a serious nerve injury due to work. During my visit with Dr. lungard, all she would tell me is that my injury was not a work claim, as if she has financial, or some other incentive, to turn me away. She was rude. Did not listen, nor care about my concerns or questions. I would not recommend her as a doctor to anyone for anything. Save yourself a lot of time and torment and go to a board certified, caring doctor who deserves to hold an MD.

totally garbage dr - not fit to deal with patients or animals. Misdiagnosed and mismanaged me and my entire family - not even an apology or acknowkedgement. Should be banned.

She has very poor bedside mannor and doesn't allow you to fully ask a question before she railroads you with information completely Irrelevant to the topic at hand. I would rather chance my medical care to a first year resident than her. At least then you can be confident that any concerns will be actually addressed.
