I was at the office on several different occasions and never once saw or spoke with Dr. Legall. I did however, have several interactions with her staff (the office manager, LPN and receptionist) and they were all terrible! I would not reccommend this place to anybody! I called several different times throughout a couple week time span and not once did I get a returned call, although the office manager told me they did. On two seperate occasions I came to the office during what was suppose to be their office hours and doors were locked. I was never able to get my test results read and the office staff lied to me everytime I was able to speak to one of them. One time I came there and the receptionist had her toddler with her, while I am trying to conduct business she has to keep pulling things out of the child's reach. When I called asking for my money back, the office manager began cussing at me. She finally told me I would get a check in the mail, three weeks later I'm still waiting..

I orig left a msg to try to book an appt because my first call was made when the office was out for lunch, NOBODY EVER CALLED ME BACK. Finally got in, I arrived but was asked to grab some breakfast or something & to come back at 10:00, (keep in mind this was my VERY FIRST appt), Dr Legall wasn’t going to be there until 10am. I really liked Dr Legall and her demeanor. But once she prescribed my med, the real problems started. It took more than 2 weeks, & me calling multiple times during those 2 weeks, to get a doctor approval for my ins co so they would cover my med. Then, I was billed incorrectly, they tried to overcharge me because they didn't post my $40.00 copay to my acct that I paid on my very first visit. It continued to deteriorate going from bad to worse, (sadly this site on allows 1000 characters). In my opinion, the office staff is consistently rude, argumentative, disrespectful & they lie about following up on things. Looking for a new doctor, JUST TOO HARD!!

I have seen Dr. Legall to manage my meds for a series of injuries, also followed by specialists. I've seen her for nearly 2 years following her when she changed offices. I do not like the new Kingwood Office office staff or hours. At best staff is aloof, at worst incompetent/uncaring. Dr. Legall isn't that way. She provided me her cell & email & responds if needed. I had an adverse reaction to a medication with complications thru no fault of hers. She is professional, available, & caring for me and my entire family. I am sure, if she did not have her own family she would be excellent house call MD. I would recommend her to anyone & hope she goes on her own or another office w/ better staff. Scale of 1-10: I'd give her 9 for knowledge & skill, & a 10 for bedside patient relations. More MD's should have her personal skills at dealing with people. If the current staff were more like this, her present office would be great. Mr Patient D and Family 08-13-2010.

I went to see her once for a routine physical. She was fine on that. Then, I took a pregnancy test. It was positive. I have a slow thyroid,so it is very critical when one gets pregnant to take a blood test within 2 weeks to see if you need more thyroid hormone for the fetus not to MISCARRY..I rush to call to get a get an appt. with her or at least a blood test for my thyroid levels. Her staff said" She was out on vaca;would be 4 weeks before I could get a blood test." I ended upping my hormone dose on my own (per studies I read from Harvard univ that it was better to have too much than not enough for the baby). Her staff then told me to find an OBGYN that would deal with me and my PROBLEM because they would not deal with me while pregnant since i self-medicated myself.

My husband went and she told him he was dying and that he was having a heart attack because he had proteins in his urine. (no other tests). With me, she rushed to give me 2 shots of steroids and 1 antibiotic shot for a sinus infection and prescribed anti-anxiety meds (after discussing that I was actively trying to become pregnant). I looked up the anti-anxiety med prescribed and it is NOT RECOMMENDED for people that are trying to become pregnant or that are pregnant. Sinus infection still there, the following week a colleague doctor (she was absent) gave me a antiobiotic that causes tendon ruptures, and IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE TRYING TO GET PREGNANT. I am not happy with this office at all, none of the doctors seem competent. Telling my husband he is dying should have been enough to make us run away without waiting on the next disaster waiting to happen.
