Horrible. Filed a grievance with La Care who pursued me in re this doctor stating the main complaint was that his staff never called back. They don't. Read some of the other reviews written on other sites - of course this here will have all five stars - I get it. Office clean and wait time minimal however - you never see the doc - you see a different nurse practitioner every time you go. So, sick as a dog and needing to make an appt - he fired me as a patient because I filed a grievance about his staff!@!! So, I am punished because his staff does not return phone calls - ever!!! really??? One would think that if a doctor truly cares about his practice and his patient he would then care to work said grievance out but not this guy - guess he feels far too popular and superior and busy to bother.. Thank God I pay a fantastic doc cash and have the past seven years who is amazing that I see once every four months. He saw me free immediately, prescribed antibiotics for a bacterial infection I had and told me to literally not waste my time thinking about this particular doc - they are a dime a dozen and really don't much care. My father was a fine physician and I have been an LVN a long time and never have I encountered anything quite like this. Be careful - these five stars really mean very little. Go and see for yourself - as I said the ofice is clean and the wait time once you do finally after manybe three months do get in is not long - if you do get to meet him well, you can make up your owm mind. That I am being punished because I told LA Care the truth about his staff never caling back to me is absolutely ridiculous but - a blessing in disguise as I am now seeing my husband's doctor who is wonderful and this would have not happened had Dr. Marouni not fired me as his patient right? Guess nothing happens by mistake. So, I feel in excellent hands between my doc in Burbank who I pay cash to, have worked for and trust implicitly and now my new doctor who took me in immediately!!!! Be careful please - your health is important and sadly our medical care is not what it once was - so sadly.

When I read the reviews about the office stuff I was alarmed. Found those nasty remarks to be unfounded!!! The office stuff is great!!! When I called to make the appointment, they got back to me in a timely manner and answered all my questions. When I got to the office, they were very welcoming. The doctor is very personable and friendly. He was recommended to me by my kids' pediatrician, who I highly trust, therefore, I was going to see him regardless of the reviews I read about the office stuff. So glad I did! I highly recommend Dr. Marouni!

I was very pleased of the care and attention from Dr. Marouni. I received a appointment right away, his office staff was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend him and make him my family physician.

Dr. Payam Marouni was been my doctor since I move in from New York, He is very compassionate , knowledgeable and patient. The staff are all nice and helpful I recommended this doctor to my friends.

Staff was nice but disorganized, I have to call several times before I get my authorizations and referral papers. I've been a patient for over a year, but for the last several visits I haven't even seen dr. Marouni, he has his nurse examine me and recommend treatment ...

We are staying with this doctor until the end of our days, he is just wonderfull. Very caring, spends time listening to your concerns and tries to responds to all questions with simples words, i went to get a iud and he was very patience and gentle with me, at the end o the app my husband switch from his prim.ph. Ti him, thats how pleased we were with the way he treated us. He's very knowledgeable, and seems very passionate about his career.im taking my son to his office too, that will fyllu make him our family doctor :)
