I have been seeing this doctor for over 30 years. He is one of the best. Will always fit me in. One time I had a problem and he called me at 7:30 in the am and asked me to come to the clinic immediately. He is very interested and genuinely concerned in how you are doing. He works very hard and really knows what he is doing. He returns all his calls. No one should complain about this doctor - they are very lucky to have him. His staff are also very good and very kind.

I have been seeing Dr Mednick for quite a few years. He is exceptional! I was diagnosed with an issue, he promptly referred me to one of the best surgeons in Toronto and my results were outstanding.

I highly recommend his services. He is professional, has an excellent manor and is approachable and extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

Dr Mednick is an exceptional doctor, explains in detail all the issues and provide clear direction what needs to be done to clear up my recent eye infection . The office is busy for a reason so patients need to understand this and just plan their day accordingly ... Thank you Dr Mednick for always taking care of my entire family . Natalie

Gave me an eye infection because he didn’t wash his hands after the last client he treated before me. Administer eye drops IN THE WAITING ROOM not even in a private room. My mom has to go to the hospital afternoon her appointment and the ER said there was no way to get my eye infection other than it being passed to me.
Terrible. Will not go back

Dr. Mednick is so amazing however the receptionist (blond woman with glasses) is absolutely horrible. She certainly needs a course in public relations on how to deal with people. She is rude, impatient and abrupt and shouldn't be customer facing. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Funny that as soon as Dr. Mednick was present, her demeanor changed 180 degrees. Get rid of her, now!

I have been dealing with this office and Dr. Mednick for more than 20 years. He is a very kind and caring doctor who takes the extra time and effort to help you and do the very best for you. Over the years I have witnessed and heard what the front office staff have to deal with. Rude and demanding patients and people yelling and screaming on the phone at them. I don't know how they deal with these types of people all day, every day, but they are very courteous and calm when dealing with them, and try their very best to make everyone happy. Maybe those people who are posting these negative comments about them are themselves rude and demanding and not getting what they want. I would recommend Dr. Mednick and this office to all of my friends and family!
