I've been a patient of Dr. Mike's since the early 1970's. We're almost the same age! He is an outstanding dentist and an outstanding man - period. He has great compassion for our dental fears and problems and is excellent at his craft!!!

I could not ask for a better dentist or staff. Never had a problem with anyone including receptionist, techs or hygienist. Always polite and truly interested in your care and concerns. Same dentist for for over 40 years, that should say something!!!!!

This doctor's hygenist picks at your fillings and loosens them up, and then they convince you that you need to have new ones. She did this to me when I was pregnant with my son. I got the new filling and 3 weeks later the tooth was abcessed. He then said the tooth was probably cracked and I should have a crown put on top to "hold it together". I got the crown and it became abcessed again a few months later. He then said I needed a root canal to alleviate the problem. (All this while pregnant!). It lasted a few years and eventually became very sore again. When I went to see him, he did x-rays, said he couldn't see anything, and told me to come back when it was infected. (!!) I was in PAIN. I decided to switch to another dentist, who sent me to an endodontist. He said there was nothing they could do, that the tooth was cracked, and I should have it pulled. Summary: I should have had it pulled in the first place, rather than listen to his "Save the Tooth" lecture.
