I found Dr Abadir very pleasant and attentive to my concern. He saw me on time , made his recommendation and promptly and carefully corrected the issue. He explained the procedure steps and was very knowledgeable and recommended at home care to use. I would recommend the doctor. The staff were also pleasant, helpful and responded promptly to my phone call to set up the appointment.

Has to be the absolute worst doctor ever! Very rude and condescending! Dont waste your time and find a real doctor. Saw this dr for not even 2 mins and wrote up a prescription and walked out. Add insult to injury...the secretary advised we have no fax here. Really?! Then how did my family GP fax over the referral to you! All fronts avoid this doctor! These docs need bedside training not to mention active listening skills, let alone the ability to even listen to a patient for a cpl of minutes!! There should be a zero star rating and a way to report this Doctor!!!

One of the worst doctor I have come across. I went to him for a simple skin issue and instead of listening to my skin problem he told me why am I even here. He was so rude and illmannered that he didnt even listen or adviced any medication.

Ok so I was also losing hope in this dermatologist after I wasn’t getting booked to see him for my inflammatory condition. I had seen him prior and was on treatment but then my treatment was finished and I still struggled with my condition. I was left in the dark for about 4 months and basically begged receptionist over several accounts to book me in. She was so cold and wouldn’t tell me why or when I could get an appointment. I was so upset I had almost given up on him and asked my family doctor to refer me to another derm (I really didn’t want to but felt I had no choice). Within 2 weeks of my last call, he finally set up an appointment with me & booked me immediately and it gave me a bit of hope again. Honestly I get so happy after seeing him because he is just so helpful. He’s a good listener so if you want to make the most out of your appointment just blurt out all your concerns about your issue. That’s what I did and he honestly removes so much of my doubt. He’s very knowledgeable and really seems to have a good vision for treatment plans. Also, he treated my mom’s cystic acne 15 years ago that she struggled with all her life- her skin has been glowing ever since!

I saw Dr Abadir for a simple skin issue. He treated it many times over the course of a year without resolving the issue. At one point, I called back to get a follow up appointment and instead of an appointment, I was given a prescription for a chemical to apply myself without any direction or information. It didn’t work and burned my skin. At the last visit I had, our plan was for me to phone back for another follow up if the latest treatment didn’t solve the problem. When I did call back, his staff told me he said there was nothing more he could do for me and that was it. I am appalled by the lack of treatment and have considered reporting him to the college. I would never go back. Find another dermatologist.

Received a prescription to help with hair loss and the medication is not available anywhere. I have called about 10 different pharmacies and have been told that it's been unavailable from the manufacturer for months now. I try calling the office to get a different prescription, but they never answer the phone.

Despite the negative comments here, I decided to see this dr. After a few visits I found him useless for treating a simple skin condition. He is not only incompetent but has an attitude and very poor communication skills.

Dr. Abadir is an amazing dermatologist! He is super knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing. He was the first person to diagnose my condition in the years I've been searching for help. He comes up with a proper treatment plan and when I came to him with so many questions and concerns he addressed them all very kindly and in great detail. I am so happy to come across this doctor and he deserves MUCH better ratings.

I have seen Dr Abidir for over 20 years, off and on for melanoma, and I feel so grateful to have a doctor that cares. Dr. Abidir called me at home on a Sunday night to tell me that a team was set up to meet me on the Tuesday at the hospital. I really appreciated how quickly I was attended to and can’t thank him enough for that.
