My Appointment was Feb 03/22. Dr. Abadir had a quiet, courteous manner. He is a very intent listener and repeatedly asked how he could help. He speaks calmly and reassuringly. Dr. Abadir provided me with an on the spot prescription which I was able to get filled the same day. Great Service! I am grateful for everything which was accomplished, Thank you from Gary T.

Went in for a skin survey. Took his time to address all of my concerns. Had some liquid nitrogen treatment. Samples were given for a new medicine that seems to be working great for my acne. Very thorough and knowledgeable but gives it to you straight with no sugar coating which I like.

I have no problems with Dr. Abadir. In fact he’s very knowledgeable and a professional. I would recommend him 100%. However, his staff is brutal! I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. My issues were with his staff answering the phones, returning messages and making sure the voicemail was clear to leave messages. You cant even get a hold of them! It’s not like an office. His staff couldn’t careless about their jobs, they don’t do what they are paid to do. In person I saw 3 of the ladies at the front eating and chit chatting, laughing and not answering the phone. This should never happen in front of a customer. It’s so bad that I went with another doctor. I don’t have time chasing after a doctor to book an appointment correctly. How is Dr. Abidir not realizing this problem and finding new people? They are ruining his business! He is losing his client base because of them!

Yes, I read the negative feedbacks before booking the appointment, but I was too dumb to still give a try with Dr Abadir and with his terrible stuff.
I have 2 issues, he prescribed one medication for one issue and forgot the other one. I called couple of days later, the receptionist said will ask him, 5 DAYS later she sent me the new prescription.
My face got a reaction from the new medication and I called to ask for dr’s opinion, the receptionist replied to me a week later and came with the wrong solution so I had to explain to her again the issue and then she got back to me few days later.
I asked to talk yo the dr , she said you have to book an appointment and we can’t give you a direct connection to the dr without booking a new appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously!!!!! What on earth is that?!!! I’m very upset with this clinic and it was really the worst experience EVER. 😡

Have been visiting him for over 2 years . Very punctual and to the point Staff is very helpful even during covid and u do not have to wait for your turn

Have had two appointments, one video consult, and one in person visit. Everyone friendly, issue resolved in one appointment. Doctor took time to review other areas to confirm no concerns.

I have been seeing Dr. Abadir for many years, ever since he bought the practice from Dr. Haber. Dr. Abadir has been treating me for many Basal cells and other skin abnormalities. There is no-one else I would recommend for dermatology treatment.

i have read all the bad reviews here but i want to say both my wife and I had a recent appointment with Dr. Abadir and found everything ran smooth. Dr. Abidir had a great calming personality and left with a positive attitude about the staff and the doctor. Like most doctor offices it was busy.

I too have no problems with Dr. Abadir. In fact he’s very knowledgeable and a professional. I would recommend him 100%. However, his staff is brutal! I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. I visited the doctor around 7 months ago, and he said to me if the symptoms do not go away in a week or so to come back for a follow up. I called and left numerous messages to try and book an appointment, but with no answer. To date, more than 6 months after, and still I am not able to get hold of them. the issue is getting worse because it is not treated on time.
Dr. Abidir is really good, but I don't know how he does not realize the problem with his staff. They are ruining his business! He is losing his client base because of them!
