I am not sure why this person chose to be a doctor. Like someone said below he should quit. He could not be less helpful even if he tried. It's sad.

I have been a patient of Dr Lacroix for many years and I have no complaints to cry and whine about. He is very experienced and knowledged and is very quick to get you into the hands of a specialist when required. All specialists that Dr Lacroix has referred me to have also been top notch and at the top of their game. Professional, competent, compassionate and well ahead of the curve. I will continue to drive an hour each way to keep this doctor.

Dr Lacroix took me on as a patient referred by my Osteopath in January 2017 and I saw him only once. Since that initial visit he cancelled an MRI without consulting my Ottawa Gynecologist specialist who sent the requisition, has cancelled every appointment since in the past year. February 2017- he was sick, I waited until July for another appointment where I was called and told I was not a high priority patient, another in November because he was sick, then couldn't see me until yesterday because he was on vacation which was cancelled two hours prior because he was sick. My Ottawa specialist was VERY angry that my MRI was cancelled and every appointment in the past year. She knows how much I've been suffering and made it clear that I was to find a family doctor immediately that would help get me the tests and specialists needed . I have no idea how his staff function daily cancelling appointments and apologizing. I'm sick of being sick and sick and tired of this doctor's incompetence and unprofessionalism.

Dr. Lacroix’s younger receptionist, the lovely one with the darker hair color... is wonderful! She is always smiling and welcoming, on top of things and quick with specialists referrals. Can’t wait to see her when she comes back from her maternity leave :)

Dr Daniel Lacroix I find he is a very caring Doctor and a very busy Doctor at that very knowledgeable
and his staff is great

Stupid f-cking staff and doctors. That Sylvie never answers the goddamn phone and sits around like she is on vacation. All staff are incompetent! Hate these f-ckers.

This is a horrible office. The staff are imature, rude and they tell and argue. It's all about money. This doctor is always off or changing appointments. Loves to give out pills. And type on the computer. Think he should learn how to hire professional staff. Stay away people !!!!
