Dr. Picascia was wonderful. I was misdiagnosed by another dermatologist and my rash got worse. Dr. Picascia knew immediately what the problem was and give me the right treatment. I highly recommend him.

What i like about Dr. Picascia is his attitude. his positive attitude is refreshing and you feel like he's on your side. the staff is professional. and the office is very clean. the down side, you pay and then submit yourself. having said that i will pay the money for this doctor. he is old school in the best sense...

I don't believe these people have any ethical base. When we scheduled appointments the office took our insurance information over the phone. When we arrived for the appointments they copied our insurance cards and had us fill out all insurance information. Never once did anyone disclose to us that the practice doesn't participate in Blue Cross/Blue Shield, our insurer. We learned this after so far paying out-of-pocket almost $125 that would have cost us virtually nothing had we visited a participating dermatologist. The office staff has steadfastly tried to turn facts around to justify their policy, but it is irrelevant to the fact they didn't inform us regarding their non-participation in our plan. I certainly am at fault for not verifying for myself on the BC/BS website their participation, based on a false presumption that any ethical health professional would disclose non-membership to me, as has always been the case in my prior years as a consumer. I have learned a lesson.

Dr.P is extremely intelligent and very caring. He spends time with you without rushing anything. He was able to treat me and my family so well for years. I highly recommend him.

Dr Picascia takes his time talking to you and actually cares. I work in a doctors office and I have never seen any doctor be as attentive as he. He is a brilliant doctor and I encourage eveyone to see him.

Dr. Picascia was great. He did a phenomenal job treatig my daughter's acne...the benzoyl peroxide coupled with amoxicillin worked wonders. He was very personable and obviously cared for his patients' wellbeing.
