Dr.Rasis is an amazing Doctor! Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the recovery of my total knee replacement! 8 weeks and I am totally recovered! Do your knee excerise at home, definitely go to U of De. Physical therapy, and trust in Dr. Rasis, the top Doctor!

I have had THR 2 yrs ago from Penn. continues to have pain, and walk with a cane. They told me , Sorry, don't know what else to tell you". Visited Rothman, 22 months after THR, and an x-ray, with a slap on the back and come back in 3 months if you still have pain. .... I see Dr Rasis, he listened, tested, actually looked and read my med records, made me walk without the cane, showed me the x-ray, and gave his opinion and plan. Even suggested in having another surgeon look at my case, just for another set eyes....Common man.....who does that in today's medicine! Staff was great! After they fix this hip, I'm going to get my other one done! He gave me hope....old sages are hard to fine...

As far as I'm concerned he's the best! He and his colleague Dr Sowa have been putting me back together for years!! Extremely competent and has a great bedside manner. The other reviewer was right the office staff leaves much to be desired, I wasn’t going to give them any stars but it made me! That doesn’t go for the medical assistants though, there top notch too. As for the Doctor, nothing but top marks, so good in fact I put up with the office staff just see him!

Dr. Rasis has a wonderful bedside manner, very attentive and informative. His front office staff & billing dept. however, was unprofessional & rude . I actually cancelled my hand surgery with him because of the front office. Notified me 2 days before my surgery that I would have to pay $3000.00 out of pocket, though my insurance company confirmed that my out of pocket was $500 .. Went all the way to practice manager to try & resolve, left numerous msg for him which he never returned. Also waited almost 90 min to see Dr. Dr. Rasis apologized and waived my co-pay, which they later billed me for anyway. Very poor front office staff.:(

Dr Raisis replaced both my knees. They were done 5yrs apart and I have had excellent results. He took time to explain surgical procedures so that I could understand. He is a very caring and compassionate physician. A rarity today. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr.Raisis is the absolute best there is.His manner,knowledge and skill is as good as it gets.Forget any other ortho surgeon...they'll never measure up to Dr.Raisis.How refreshing to know there are still doctors that care about you.

Is a very personable doctor. He lisens and explains what is reality. Not just what you may want to hear. He is never in a hurry. He has done two "scopes" on me. Surgery is a last resort with him. I would highly recommend. Has been my othro doc for almost 14 years. He cares about YOU. I will most likely need a total knee replacement.I will not allow another doc to to do the surgery. He is the best, not just as a doctor but also as a person. From a grateful person from OHIO.
