I find Dr. Kolbuscz and his staff to be very knowledgable and professional. I have had two moles removed without incident and go in annually to have my moles checked. The staff is very friendly and the wait time is not too long. I have had a few cosmetic procedures as well and have been extremely happy with the results. My face has never looked more radiant!

I would never recommend this doctor to my worst enemy! All I have to say is, he performed unnecessary surgeries. He left me with horrible scars, 8 to be exact. 2 1/2 yrs later, I still have horrible pain on my arm due to the surgery he performed, which I found out was NOT necessary. I am going to a plastic surgeon to see if she can fix his errors, of course I have to pay for them. Beware of this doctor. He wants your money. Do not trust him

He was terrible! EXTREMELY late, unapologetic about how late he was (waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes, exam room for another 45 minutes). Was actually rude to me when I made a remark about how late he was and how long I had been waiting! Shorted my year-long prescription by 2 months then wanted me to come back in for another office visit to get the remainder of my prescription (another co-pay for no reason). Definitely never going back!!

Dr. Kolbusz was the worst doctor I've ever been to. I waited about an hour for a 5-10 minute appointment. He insisted I keep coming back, but never to see him, just the P.A. The staff was horrible. He talked me in to receiving the Clear LIght treatment. DO NOT DO It! Total waste of money. I also got robbed during one of my sessions. I had gone to about 5 or 6 sessions and I was always in the room by myself, however, you could not see anything because you were wearing a mask. On a later visit, a woman came in to the room and was asking me questions about the treatment. I figured it was a nurse checking in. As soon as I got home, I found out all the money in my wallet and credit card was missing. I immediately made the connection to the strange woman in the blue light room. I called the office immediately to report this. They told me that no one generally is in the room, however, the guaranteed me that I was mistaken. HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO TO DR. KOLBUSZ. They will rob you blind!

This Dr's schedule allows a minimum of 12 patients per hour and upwards at times have been 16. Six surgery patients can be scheduled in 1 hr 30 min. He is at least half hour late consistantly and will leave the office to walk his dog with a full waiting room.

BEWARE! I have had skin cancer for over 25 years, having had over 150 cancers removed. This is the ONLY doctor who has no clue about Mohs surgery. As a result, I have a huge scar on my face and leg from him. I told him he is the only doctor I have ever seen that takes such a ridiculous amount of tissue for a small cancer and now I am left with huge needless scars. He stood up, started breathing heavy and raised his voice that he's "triple certified" etc. I suggested he watch another dr perform mohs because he doesn't know what he's doing. He is ALL about the money. He would not biopsy on 1st visit - every other doctor does. He won't check more than one spot because he gets paid less for each add'l procedure (told to me by nurse), he is the only one I have ever seen recommending IPL for me (I didn't do it). Nurse wanted me to buy his products for mega bucks on 1st visit. When I wouldn't, she said they would be waiting for me at the front counter! Worse than horrible.

Similiar to the other complaints. Very anxious to remove moles with full surgery. Anxious to diagnose a need for laser treatment and then billed the insurance company for $1500 each treatment for "surgery". Money hungry factory!

HORRIBLE CARE, BEWARE! I went for a series of IPL treatments to help prevent sun damage. On my third visit I was treated by a very insensitive nurse. She had the laser turned up much too high, burnt my face and wouldn't stop right away. Within minutes my face started to blister in the treated areas and she tried to downplay the whole situation saying I was fine. I was crying and very upset. I had to ice my face that entire night & the following day. My follow up the next day was with the doctor himself, he prescribed numerous antibiotics/ steroids totaling $200+ out of pocket. I called to see if they would refund the money since the situation was caused by them and they wouldn't budge. It has since healed pretty well but now every time I go in the sun my face gets brown splotching in the burn areas. I'm still not sure these nurses should be using lasers. I would tell anyone thinking of going to him to run the other way. Bottom line, They are after money and give AWEFUL CARE!!
