Dr. Jensen has been an amazing resource for me over the past year. He has honestly helped me to piece my life back together and learn to manage stress, anxiety and depression after I let it get the better of me. I'd recommend Dr. Jensen to anyone. He is a kind and very knowledgeable doctor. I would especially recommend Dr. Jensen to working professionals in need of help managing their work/life balance.

in a short synopsis, pill pusher, in it for the Bucks, no help with patient's wellbeing, self centered,
Doesn't listen or care, in & out as fast as possible, prescribes scheduled drugs with no care about danger of addiction. Save your money and your precious health. He can only cause irreputal damage that is very precious for psychiatric patients. Ps. Get rid of the big dog sitting in his office room. Seems unacceptable in a medical practice.
Run don't walk.

My fiance just came back in tears from this doctor. He is bipolar and is on a lot of medication to regulate that. He has been feeling out of sorts and when your bi-polar it is crucial that you not only take your meds every day but change them; sometimes by taking more or less of something or changing over to a whole new prescription. Dr. Jensen saw his history and immediatly labeled him an addict; which he is most certainly not. He called him an addict throughout the entire meeting and made my fiance feel worthless and subpar to a human being. Thhis man should not be allowed to practice medicine.

He is an idiot for letting his Office Manager Becky go she was with him for many years knew his patients well, she would remember things that were said to her about what was happening in your life, and would ask how things were going . She made it easy to come to the visits. His new office staff are rude uncaring. Dr. Jensen never on time , only talks about himself during the visits, charges a lot of money for nothing. I stopped seeing him after I seen that is former Office manager is no longer with him. He is not worth spending your money on . Find a different doctor.

Rude receptionist. I asked for a one day early refill and no one returned my messages. Two days later after I got the scheduled refill the receptionist called me and said they were charging me $80 for the one day early refill which they did not provide. I told her I wasn't paying for something that wasn't done. She got nasty. The visits are expensive to sit in a room with a dog that farts non stop and he shrugs you off often interrupting to have you go buy books and talks about himself the whole time. Unhelpful. I just had surgery and they called me the day I had my surgery to confirm an appointment I warned I most likely wouldn't be able to attend. I was in pain and she was so uncaring telling me I had to keep this appointment or else? So now sick and unable to talk or drive I'm forced to go even though I explained two days ago how difficult this would be I don't want him to send me a cancellation fee. $90 for 15 minutes is so high and arrogant. Isn't interested in listening to my problems but sending me to websites and books. Like I said rude staff, outrageous rates and fees of entrapment to be treated with minimal
Care.

Don't know what happen to his past office manager she was friendly she understood the the patients and theirs needs she had been with him for many years. When I came in the other day the girls in the office were rude, the price for a 15 min appointment had gone up, I have seen Dr. Jensen for 10 years, and he doesn't take Medicaid so I pay out of pocket for a 15 min appointment every three months for refills, that he only spends maybe 3 mins with me and talks about himself and charges $95, then wants $20 for the first 10 pages of my medical records and .50 for each additional, so I can fine a new doctor. Then if you need a prior authorization for your medication you have to make another appointment to come back and do it during an appointment so he can be paid for his time. He nickel and dimes his patients for everything. He is so self absorb everything is about him or that dirty dog he brings to the office.

Dr. Jensen passively prescribes addictive medications to patients that he knows are already struggling with addiction. His failure to facilitate how his patients are using their medication caused my friend to die from the medications, that are meant to be short term, Dr. Jensen has been giving him for years. Do not see Dr. Jensen. My friend is dead and Dr. Jensen could have facilitated him in a much better way, and maybe he would still be here with his friends and his wife.
